They've been married over almost 20 yrs now. Obviously it works for them.. That little 14 year old age gap is nothing compared to the bigger age gaps of other celebs who truly loved each other and *got married anyway.* The truth is that Michael really loved Diana and was willing to marry her (as he mentioned this several times to the public) and did not care for the age gap while Diana wanted to keep their relationship private because she didn't truly love him as much as he loved her.
