A WNBA star was humbled after some trash talk, but a friendship might be blossoming on the court after the game. #DianaTaurasi #CaitlinClark #WNBA Voiceover By: Danica Lopez Read Full Article: bit.ly/3XLp1U2
Good for Taurasi, showed humility and 'class' for a change. Clark's classy style is catching on ! its what we as a country have been hungering for and wishing it would come back for decades. Ever since sports lowered it self to ghetto, tattoo riddled, uneducated, gang-friendly, drug infested, uneducated levels. Clark reminded the planet "you don't have to be that" to be a great athlete. Larry bird, Magic Johnson, Isiah Thomas, Joe Dumars must be happy to see the positive trend back to class.
What do you mean for a change? Taurasi has always handled herself with class and had shown Clark respect from day 1. I wasn't expecting anything different from them because I've followed Taurusi her entire career. Her comments about Clark were taken out of context. She praised Clark several times also, but the media never focused on that because they were trying to create a false narrative about their "rivalry" which never even existed. This whole "rivalry" started when UConn was playing Iowa. Taurasi was obviously rooting for UConn because she went there and is still friends with Geno Auriemma so she said that she would take Paige over Clark. That was the context of the situation. Of course she doesn't have anything against Clark as a person but she was rooting for UConn as a fan and Iowa happened to be against them.
That says more about you than about Diana’s talent. She is and always has been incredible ❤️. Kobe Bryant called her the white mamba and admired her greatly.
Love the love 🎉 the Rook and the Goat! I would have loved to be able to witness more thrilling matchup with them for 5-10 yrs more but DT, for sure, will feel good that W is in good hands now
