They should've also added vehicle variant kits, like in Battlefield 1. Like, an anti-tank version of the EBAA that brings back the 40mm and 57mm, but no anti-aircraft abilities when equipped. Or a transport variant for the Nightbird that grants it the ability to have the entire team able to spawn on it and carry 4 passengers, with a spotter and driver while sacrificing its weaponry.
Since EA canned the dead space 2 remake project and forced Motive Studios to work on the next battlefield game instead, this kind of burns a little bit for me personally
@@Rich-fr2yv they cancelled it because the first one didn’t meet high sales expectations that EA set for themselves. I guess the 2+ million copies that sold wasn’t good enough. There was nothing “woke” about the game hindering its popularity, by the way.
There are some Portal modes that are players vs zombies, those are pretty fun actually and quite chaotic with zombies running at you from every angle trying to melee you, you really have to work together and watch each others back.
The dead space skin is (probably) for Casper. In the first few seconds of he video, you can see a folded up drone on his back. The weapon he is seen using seems new as well, having a stick mag on the bottom as well as a blue muzzle flash, which isn't seen (except possibly the railgun? I don't remember). The game mode seems like it's going to be a defend and extract, where you defend... something... IDK what exactly. After doing so some amount of times you can extract and leave. Seems to be one squad vs a f*** ton of AI. Excited for this! Would have preferred the skin to be on some other character (Casper has a lot of skins already), but this is something to look forwards to!
I wish they would make an onslaught mode for the next bf game. Make it round based, class system, with awards tied to points earned. You could use vechicles with limited health as call ins for points earned.
This game mode should stay around. Since they are pulling the plug from what I hear, i think they should give us this one special mode to keep us going until the next game.
Dice has added more weekly skins and bundles in the store since announcing the end of live service than they did in the previous two years..cash grabbing tossers 😏
It's pretty simple it's not a cash grab if you don't buy it.. if people want to buy it that's there choice. I have been having a blast I like deadspace I might probably buy this.
This looks interesting! I'm really enjoying 2042 after 4 months off (and I moved to PC, so M/K gunplay is a huge improvement over my time on controller). I also wonder if the reason we're seeing Dead Space looking characters in the game is because they brought Motive in to work on BF.
Most likely the case. The plushies we got for Christmas and New Year's were also originally created by a Motive artist, so it wouldn't be a surprise this was somehow made with collaboration from the Remake developers
Tbh, it would be very insane and unexpected if Dice gives us the skin as an award if we actually play the game or if we collect a curtain type of sample that would give us the skin, but sadly they're is a very low chance of that happening.
Haha yeah. I always use Alt to pitch down so if I hit afterburner with shift at the same time it pops up. Battlefield is pretty much the only game where that can happen for me.
I like u for giving true opinions not like Jack frags lying about how fun is bf5 or bf1 I can't trust him or bf4 being the best or the 2042 being awesome no it's a turd that needs flushing

Please control yourself and don’t buy the skin. The game is done, after this there won’t be something new so the skin will be collecting dust. It only incentivizes DICE to do more of this when buying into it. We don’t need more of this. We need a good game with the focus on great game elements and not on micro transaction. Yeah, i know it looks cool, but please think things over

No. Dead space 2 remake was in the early phases of development but EA made them stop in order for the studio behind it to be able to help dice make the next battlefield game. The series is on hold once again and probably will be for a long time.

I enjoyed 2042 for what it was. But once i finished the season 7 battlepass. I uninstalled the game. I didn't think any more events were coming. But there is no way im spending money on a game that has had its primary service cancelled.
@@Hotdogwateryum uh-huh it was forgotten but BF5 is worthy to play imo than BF2042, but the problem is that armoury menu don't loads probably. Also the weapons are not a lot choices but it was innovative; and unique but the graphics somehow, that has rare occurred happens don't load the chunks.

they said they were not dropping seasons anymore. dice never said they were gonna stop support for bf2042. people just like to hate and youtubers just like to clickbait
I would love the ability to go back and play through the BPs I previously bought but didn't finish. That would add quite a bit more longevity for a lot of people, especially when we are waiting for a new game until 2025.
@@zzznardszzz4715 I paid for the BPs, why shouldn't I be able to go back through and unlock the missing tiers I didn't complete? I already paid for all of the items in there but didn't have the time to play enough to complete some of the passes.
We really don't need a zombies mode. Why would Dice or any other developer try to compete with Treyarch, who created and mastered this kind of experience? Outbreak seems to be less about complicated easter eggs and confusing timeline and more about capturing objectives and not thinking about the implications of Isaac finding himself in Scotland
@@thebigsam Not for competition necessarily, but to offer replayability and diversity in game modes, also there's no reason to not compete with anyone in the industry, they did it with firestorm in the previous title and it worked good enough and would be perfect if they just turned it into f2p. In its current state 2042 still feels very empty and bland... Personally speaking there's no reason for me to play a second match after I finished the first.
@@burakcimenliBattle Royale genre has some room for creativity and variation. If you are making zombie mode for an fps game, your only reasonable option is making Treyarch's round-based zombies. No other variation proved itself successful. That seems more a like a you problem. If you are tired of the game, you can always take a break. No need to make the game into unrecognizable mess with modes copied from other developers
Looks cool however I can’t feel angry when I see this. Battlefield 2042 sucked and needed allot of work and seeing something like this just makes me think that they could’ve spent however many months it took making this game mode to actually help make 2042 better ie. add more maps.
It's amazing how EA/DICE have taken an amazing series and just destroyed it. If they think this is what Battlefield is I have zero hope for any future BF games.
Why are they trying to keep the worst Battlefield of all time going??? Put it out of our misery, and focus on making the next game a proper Battlefield title, or watch this franchise die.
