Forgot how well these shows are produced. Great way to get the feel of the game (in this case, so chill) and not just the rules. Loving the BGB cameo by Mark.
I think this is the first time you guys played a game I’ve already played. I love this game. My only gripe is that the characters that start with a pick axe or a shield are over powered because those will always be positive points for them, and picking up just one green die will double their score.
I wishlisted this game so quickly after watching this. I looove dice games and this looks right up my alley. Sadly, the Deluxe edition seems to be out of stock outside of ebay scalpers.
I’ll tell u the truth I didn’t like u guys as much as I wanted to at first, now I really look forward to watching u play games I’m interested in or new games I’ve never heard of but now find interesting, some are still not my cup of tea but I actually really like u guys here is my sub that I’ve been holding onto
I might have to look into getting this one. I like that, once taught, there is very little set up or down time so you can get it to the table and are right into it. Perfect for those "Hey, wanna play a game?" moments when you don't have a lot of time available. Nikki's shirt was super cute, and on-theme!
We bought this game recently as we were recommended it as a good two-player game from our local games store - thanks to your video we are LOVING this game and can't stop playing it. Thanks for making an easy to watch and follow video explaining it and playing it.
thanks for the upload - im undecided on this - the dice mountain looks a little gimmicky - it seems like you would need to play 3 or 4 times but its pretty fast so thats viable
After a few plays it seems to me that the game is won using hazard dice (turned positive and multiplied) and lost by focusing on white dice. I really like this game❤️
It seemed like that was the situation to me as well but Nikki has won handily several times with the tunnel dice and magic dice. 30 points in each of 2 rounds is hard to beat. Thanks for the note and for watching.-Lincoln
Yes! After seeing Nikki rout us this way, it occurred to me that focusing on ONLY white dice (and rerolls) is an extremely valid strategy, especially in a 3-player game.
Why does Dave do most of the teaching ? It's a lot of work learning how to teach. Lincoln has obviously read the rules too and played it before. Does Dave have any advice on teaching, as it is usually gets left to me ? Give him some help guys.
It's better that Dave teaches because I have to worry about technical stuff while we are filming so I can't focus on the teach. When we do GameNight DateNight those are crazy hard since I have to wear more hats when we film. -Lincoln
@@gameon2553 Hmm... honestly, I think part of teaching is just something you have or don't. That said, the one (unhelpful?) piece of advice I have is: don't just read the rules out loud to everyone. For some reason, that just doesn't work that well (everybody kind of zones out). Okay, the other thing would be this: learn the game yourself and then teach it in the order YOU think is best, which is often NOT the order the printed rules are in. And examples are *always* great.
@@boardgamegeek ur just the right crew others playthru role-guessies so dry on utube, but ur One night ww was fun too, Cheese Thief or the bit older Intrige would be a blast too on here:)
That was a fun one. Rolling the same thing over again was funny. Always have a good time with you guys as company. I really enjoy the post game discussion too. Thank you!
