What film did Dick step in to complete?

The film was "The Cardinal" 1963, which was one of Dick Smith’s first movie credits, he had to age Tryon throughout the movie. Smith was a last-minute replacement for Maurice Seiderman who quarreled with director Otto Preminger and was replaced.
