My son and I picked ours up, about a year ago, from Big 5 Sporting Goods for around $169 after discounts and sale prices. Our location was scheduled to stop sales of all rifles and shotguns just weeks later due to California regulations that corporate is not interested in bending backward for. Installed an ATI Tactical shotgun stock and the gun has been flawless and a joy to shoot!👍
Before covid i use to checkout guns and prices at big5 all the time and when it was on sale i saw it for $199.99 which is pretty good with all the features it comes with. Now on sale is like $279.99 meh i missed out
5:49 next time I definitely recommend a back stop. 👍 If it's birdshot it's not a biggie as everything looks far off but buck could carry more energy and strike unwanted animals/people below.
Didn’t know “coupons” existed for,,, firearms lol.... I get coupons for milk, cereal or even signing up with an email saves you 10% off but never for firearms lol . But, their $199-$250 normally anyways
I have put 800rds through mine with about 6 malfunctions which were ammo related and operator related. Other than its been flawless. I paid $310 something last year. It has a Pinty Red dot off of amazon (keeping the whole set up cheap.) And even that has been out for 50rds of buckshot and slugs and still held zero no matter what. I love mine.
@@zxeuss361 Yes but with certain ammo only. It doesnt like Aguila anything. Stay away from Aguila ammo but Winchester and Fiocchi run absolutely flawless through it along with Federal. Hope this helps!
@@ashford_man9985 I think where I screwed up is my first ever shots I fired was buckshots. It jammed on the second shot. Should I break it in w/ birdshot then do buck?
@@zxeuss361 I broke mine in with birdshot because I could only find that at the time but breaking in shotguns, I prefer to start off with heavy loads like slugs or magnum turkey loads to get things moving properly. Hell, my Maverick 88 shorty, choked up using buckshot and birdshot. Just a new gun thing. Also Happy Holidays where ever you may be!
@@ashford_man9985 most definitely brother! I hope your thanksgiving was great!. I think when I go to an open range I’m going to shoot birdshot first. It’s well oiled & all. I just don’t know why it jammed on me. I love this gun.
You guys are having way too much fun with that thing. I love mine. It looks cool as hell. Haven't shot it yet. Looking forward to it. I want to clean it and lubricate it first before I take it to the range to minimize any issues.
Looks like you guys had a lot of fun with this shotgun. I picked mine up today from Sportsman's Warehouse on sale for $229 + tax, came to $249 with no other fees. They were listed normally at $329 and they are currently still available and on sale for $229 in case you may want to buy another one. Mine did not come with a hard case, just a regular cardboard box but I don't care for $229. The Dickinson booklet states that it accepts Benelli/Beretta chokes but do you know if they have to be the muzzle brake type that this shotgun comes with or can they be regular Benelli/Beretta chokes? The muzzle brake style chokes are very expensive. Thank you and stay safe.
The shot shell holder is tight AF. (At least on mine) You really gotta muscle out the shells and it's not real quick unless you got pilers or sum lol. Besides that and the lightweight nature of the gun the only other problem I got is the plastic rear sight. Not a big fan of plastic sights after dropping my carry Glock 3x or so. You might say why tf you drop it so much. It was before I got a holder and I carry it everywhere.
Man I just got mine for $159 brand new, course it's Ohio prices versus California prices but pretty good man for $159. I don't know where it stands compared to other shoties, but I know it's no 870
I paid $100 todqy for this gun with case and 46 rnds of 00. Only downside is the entire rear sight and rail is sheared off. As for why im here. Research before I even shoot it because the plan was to buy a .45 pistol 😂😂
I have owned that gun for years, and my laat time out it quit firing almost completely. I took it home took it apart cleaned it and oiled it, but haven't been back out to see if its working correctly again but for 199.99 im not too heart broken if it dont shoot, just gives me an excuse to go buy something better.
I saw my gun today when I was doing all the paperwork and it looked a little beat up scratched up and used I don't know what to do about it... should I call Dickinson about it
Was it the same shotgun that you held in your hands when you first agreed to buy it? I think it’s against the law to do some type of switcheroo where store does a bait and switch especially when it comes to firearms. Check your original paperwork and see if serial number matches. If everything matches than you bought the same shotgun you looked at the first time you saw it. I mean shit happens and there’s a chance someone at the store dropped it. Maybe they can exchange it for another one?
Got this from a pawn shop. Not bad at all. She kicks like a beach tho so I taped a rag to the buttstock for extra cushion for the pushing! Now it's a very solid gun. Not gonna lie before when I'd shoot it with just target/small game loads a couple times it threw out my shoulder lol. Now it's just fine.
Picked one of these today and a fed arms frx both used for a total of 250 out the door for both went to range shot number 6 steel shot number 4buck and 00 low recoil buck both shots gun did awesome. New subscriber as of today
I have one and it says it can fit 5 2¾ inch shells making it 5+1 but I can only fit 4 2¾ inch shells in my chamber making it 4+1. Is there something I'm missing? Are all 2¾ inch shells not made equal?
I’ve picked up that grip at a local gun show for $10 bucks. I’m pretty sure they are readily available online maybe EBay? Good luck and let me know if find one. Thanks for watching.
You can install a mag tube extension. They're not hard to find, takes a very minor modification. This shotty also accepts upgrade parts & chokes from Benelli/Beretta.
I got it for $227.99 shipped. Fun shotgun with a really cool finish. I sold my RIA VRPA40 box fed shotgun for $405 and bought this bad boy. Excellent deal when I got it which wasn’t too long ago… Cont… some of the prices I’m seeing below are kinda crazy… it’s NOT a $300 shotgun.
I was just wondering, when you received it did you have to pay dealer transfer fees? Reason why I’m asking is because I saw these shotguns online listed cheaper but when you ship it to your local gun dealer they will charge transfer fees which varies from $60-$120. So in a long run you’ll still end up paying little over $300. Appreciate you watching and commenting. Thanks
@@balabay77 of course. $20 transfer and no background w/ ccw. Still isn’t worth $300. There are about 3 or 4 variations of this shotgun. All from Turkey and when imported, the American distributors slap there names on them. I’ll send you a list in a bit. All really nice… but not worth $300
I’ve picked up that fore-grip at our local gun show for $10 bucks but I don’t know how legal it is. Besides, it gets in the way when putting shotgun back in the case so I took it off. I bet you can find it on EBay, Amazon and many other websites that specialize in that stuff. Good luck.
Shotgun comes with only one choke and according to manual you can shoot bird shot, buck shot and slugs with it. They don’t recommend using any modified or other types of chokes because it can cause barrel deformation or injuries to user. I hope it helped. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@brockkozmer4016 Hey buddy how are you? I’ve looked through the entire user’s manual and it didn’t say anything about slugs. I’ve called sportsmen’s warehouse and they told me that this shotgun should only use bird shot or Buck shot ammo for smooth barrel shotguns. Slugs are designed for rifled barrel shotguns from what I’ve been told. Also, slugs will damage the muzzle break chokes and ruin the barrel.
It's a good shotgun. Especially for the price. I do wish the stock was collapsible cause the length of pull is a little long for me but it's not a deal breaker. It is a fairly light gun so it kicks like a mule shooting slugs. Also, I couldn't get it to cycle mini shells. Either way for the 200 I paid I highly recommend it.
@@jeremyowens4115 I see another RU-vidr has the same gun his didn't come with muzzle break but the stuck was adjustable, maybe the newer sku eliminated the adjustable stock
We bought this tactical handle grip at a gun show for $10 bucks. I’ve also seen them on eBay so try looking there or maybe some other online stores? Good luck and thanks for watching.
И в натуре не помешало бы там прибрать территорию. Мы после себя всегда банки склянки подбираем а вот гильзы чёта не додумались граблями в одну кучу собрать. Молодец Талгат, хорошие советы раздаёшь. 👍
Got mine yesterday from Sportsman's in PHX, normally 329.99 but on-sale now for 229.99 + tax, etc. I'm looking for accessories, where does everyone buy from? balabay77, where did you get your forward grip add-on from? Thanks for the video!
I’ve picked up that forward grip at a gun show for 10 bucks but it sticks out when we put our shotgun back in the case and it won’t close all the way so we don’t use it as much. The only useful thing that I look forward to adding to my shotgun is extension tube for more rounds. Thanks for watching and commenting.
