Do lots of research on brands!!! Harvest rights have the most problems, Cheap parts they use and crappy design. No offense to anyone who has had success with one but there are better brands out there. Like stayfresh, Super high quality build "I have a small one", far better quality than HR!!!! And customer service is top notch!!! Also it's free compared to HR that charges you just to ask a question. So yeah, do research before you pull the trigger on getting a freeze dryer.

Cool. yeah, there are more options now then ever before. I have been very lucky with my HR large. Not a single issue. I do have it on a large 30amp UPS to compensate for the power. And its the EU 220v version.

I have a vid on it.. but yes.. a duel fuel one. And I have LPG for it..

Awesome. What are you FD for the most part? I did the eggs, and chili, pasta a lot when I first got it. To quickly build up stock.

@@PHExpatPrepper I got mine for a FD buisness so mostly candy. Will be doing meals eventually, not in a rush to do that tho.
