I remember this podcast from a while back! This was so good! It woke me up to get help with my anxiety and I can thankfully (thanks be to God) say I am 90% better after suffering from anxiety for over 15 years!

@barryb90 might be a little late to comment, but don't worry. I'm in the same boat as u when it comes to anxiety. Let's push through together, clinging on to God with all our strength. Praying the rosary helps, try it out and see if it's something that works for u.
