Let me say this my 06 300c had never been an issue bought new when she had 17 miles ... low and behold still have it with 224,998 miles just a simple egr valve issue and that’s it just keep the oil changed every try 3k plugs and just take over care of it and she’ll be good to you ... btw I’m tuned with hemi feaver

I actually really love the work you do because you're an actual car guy, doing some of the work yourself and also building the cars to actually let them loose in their other avenues on the tracks and not just the street. Also the fact that you don't just buy rims and get wraps and call it a day. You actually test the limits on the cars and its always good to see that!! Good work!!

I love the fact that he's a RU-vidr that can carryout our dreams, and not talk out of his ass. He gives respect to people that may depend on their vehicle and may not have the financial income and gave advice (Definitely got a new subscriber) I myself, am going through a brake caliper issue (No Brakes in the back) on my 2005 Ram 2500 Hemi, I haven't driven my truck in 2 months because I know how Important that is to safety. I'll definitely rearrange my spending to get back on the road, also fix my headers (exhaust manifold leak)

One reason you should ALWAYS check the Engine oil... it tells you a lot about the condition of the Engine Internals. Worn head gasket can cause water to enter the oil sump making the oil milky. There could be worn piston rings allowing blow-by into the oil sump, which would change the oil viscosity. You’ll see how thin the oil appears on the dipstick. Checking the oil tells a lot... it’s part of how the car communicates it’s internal engine condition.

Nice Video 👍A shop easily charge $125.00 labor hours to 160.00 labor hours to install a 100.00 part. And the use a book for pricing labor hours. Some shops show no compassion with people going through hard times. Also many shop just straight up lies to the customer on vehicle needs.

My 2006 Chrysler 300 SRT8 had a 2 piece bumper. It had the SRT bumper + a chin spoiler. In 2008, Chrysler made the 2 into a 1 piece bumper. I noticed the older model was lower to the ground. The newer model was higher. It was very easy to damage in snow and ice. IF YOU CAN FIND THE 2 piece, BUY IT...it's a much sexier bumper. Otherwise, you'll be stuck with the 1 piece as your only option. The OEM pieces are best. #2 You can add on the think trunk spoiler to make it look better and I recommend getting the SRT8 wheels 10-spoke. Chrysler made those cheap ass SRT-DESIGN stickers. No reason you can't upgrade the cars looks and add that sticker.

I got a 2009 Chrysler 300. I’ve had it since it was new. I wish I had bought the Hemi instead but I have the 3.5 engine. Only thing I hate about my car is that is uses a lot of oil. I use a full synthetic oil and I can get a oil change and 3,000 later the oil is below the “min” on the dipstick. It’s not leaking oil anywhere. Also I’ve changed the water pump twice. Other than that it’s been a really reliable car and it has 211,000 in the odometer. My wife has a 2007 Accord and it’s funny because her car has more problems than mine.

I've had my personal mechanic. Replace all of those things. I just bought the parts on either amazon or ebay. My latest repair work. That's about to be done is. The replacement of my drive shaft, emergency brake shoes and an alignment. After that's done. All that will be left to do is the leaking sunroof. A small ding on the corner of the hood and upholster the front drivers seat. After than mine will be 100.

This car succeeded because it big, huge and FAST. It had plenty of looks, character and road presence. I really liked the seats and the technology features. all that said: I'd NEVER buy this car today. 2012 and 2014 SRT models are OK tho. Superior to the Charger and Challenger by far.

I've had a Chrysler 300M and I've had that version of the Chrysler I now own two 300 2012s one's a v6. Daily driver the other is an SRT8 monster I am always trying to take care of the car cuz the car will take care of you. Every two to three years I replaced the whole front end my mechanic thinks of nuts but he understands why that noise you were hearing when you were driving that's what it was 🙄👊🏽😷👍🏽

I have a 300 touring. I've had all those issues over the years. Some were an easy fix. Such as a blown fuse. It's good on gas. However if you own a rear wheel drive one. It's not good in the snow. I've well maintained mine. She runs great.

I have an 06 300c.. egr valve is $25 and easy af to replace.. door handle replacement is a must cuz they suck. Front end noise.. youll always have that. Had Chrysler do a whole new front end for me and after 10k miles its makin the same noises.. you need to upgrade the suspension fs. Dont do oem. Also you can fix that bumper with $1 krazy glue and $12 bondo and $10 on paint.. thats $23 and 1.5 hours of work. That headlight replacement will run u about $65.

I'm just finishing up the complete restoration on my 2005 300c. Unlike your vision, mine was to bring it back to near factory on the outside. I replaced ALL the chrome with brand new OEM and boy was is hard to find. I found new EVERYTHING. THE CHROME LOOKS LIKE A DIAMOND ON LIZ TAYLOR'S PLUMP FINGER!. I also had to wrap the black door pillars and had to replace the windshield pillars AT $200 A PIECE FOR A SILLY PI3CE OF PLASTIC!!! On the inside I hand restored the tortoise shell handles, shifter knob and steering wheel. I had the dash, center console and upper door panels all upholstered in double baseball stitch black leather. The seats were redone in vanilla colored leather along with all the moldings like pillars, headliner and visors and lower door panels and center arm rest/console cover. I also added subtle LED strips to create tasteful mood lighting. Brand new BLACK carpet from OC carpets. New windshield along with new wiper cowel, infrared blocking film all around on all the glass including windshield. Installed flat screen infotainment center with front and rear cameras that record to SD, bluetooth and GPS. I added push button start and keyless fob. Underside got a whole new exhaust system, new splash gaurds, all new front end just like what you did here. New vented rotors, breaks, calipers and strut assembly all the way around. Felt upholstered wheel well liners to keep them looking jet black. I found brand new wheels along with four sets of center cups from overseas from a shut down Chrysler dealership. And I put Pirelli tires on for enhanced handling. New paint with quintuple coat diamond hard clear coat with Teflon Tech to prevent scratches and chips and holds a long lasting shine. The only thing not done... yet... is engine and transmission. The only reason I didn't do that first is because the paint shop could get me in right away. If I had waited to do the paint then it would have been a six to eight month wait because of the hail storms here in TX. I can get the engine and transmission done in a total of two weeks. Crate engines are available and transmissions are also available so they can be done quickly. All in all, if I include the engine and transmission, the total cost will be $11,487.48. The car is essentially brand new and with proper care will stay that way a very long time. The reason I did this is because like he said this car revived Chrysler and changed the whole vibe of mid level passenger car design. When a car company does it right, it looks right forever. This body style is timeless. To this day, when you see them coming down the street, you know what it is and it still looks like it means serious business!

It’s the cheaper route but I had 2 3in Flowmaster super 44’s and had head turners everywhere. Cut the reso and mufflers and bump up to the 3in with the mufflers in the reso spot. Won’t regret it.

Tie rod and control arms are common fixes on Chryslers.The potholes in NYC are MURDER on these front ends.Every few months I have my front end checked because of these hellacious roads

It true just didn’t have the money too maintain it. 2005 300c bought it for 6k sold it for $300 scrap almost cried that day when I seen it being towed. The car wouldn’t start, and when it did, it was limp mode. Chrysler ripped me off I spent more than the car was worth 3k just for it not too work 😞. I didn’t want to lose that car. Was fast sexy an built for a G. You wouldn’t believe after a year of not working, it was put on the tow it started up for me but just say bye. The Presence of this car was like nothing on the road. Still upset till this day. Reason why it had to go is my building didn’t like that it was flat and pressure from my wife than to make everything worst I found out I had kidney failure. Wow. Stressed just talking about it. Well I can’t wait to see the end results. I know you got the eye and it going to be good. Been with you since day one I’ve seen your work with Mopars. I’m in Canada I know the giveaway is for USA. Who ever receives this Mopar will be a happy person and thank you for watching out for the small guys and being a real good person. Because that old of a car usually has had multiple owners which a. they didn’t usually look after the car b. traded it because something was wrong , and c. buyer beware, that’s why you always have a car checked out first

Careful for pre-eagle heads. These cars are known for dropping valve seats too.👌🏿 It is cheap to accessorize 300's though. This should be fun for you. #realtalk

grab some coilovers/lowering springs. would sit nice on some different wheels also, most of these parts are very similar to the oem parts. i remember i looked up the manufacturer of some of my bmw stuff, and they were the same as the "off brand" oem just had the bmw stamp alone, the off brand had bmw stamps, and the off brand stamp.

My grandpa had a 2005 300c. Too bad he neglected the fuck out of that car. I got with with a 8 year old dead Walmart battery. ZERO OIL and a blown trans. Multiple seal leaks. Its a challenge that im up for
