Personally I like to use underrated / off meta cars as it shows you where you can improve on yourself still imo. However the Ford should be more competitive for the final round so let’s see 😄

Thanks mate (and for sharing your thoughts)! 🙌 There were few reasons why I (and pretty much the entire grid decided not to use the softs at the beginning) - with more fuel onboard, your tyre wear would be higher - you wouldn’t be able to do an effective undercut here - in my case the softs would have been almost as fast as the other cars in front of me using mediums.
i miss playing this game so much all the weekly time trails never played on wheel been a dream to race on wheel as its been a dream to race cars since i was 5 your racing was so good had to sub

@@LehanBreytenbachthe good thing about games are that they don’t run away, so you can always take your time once you would like to try it out with a wheel. But for sure playing racing games on a racing wheel hits and feels vastly different. If you have the chance to get one, I would highly recommend doing so. Once you get your first wheel, I wish you all the best and fun with it! Hope you get one mate! 🙌👊

I think the Ford let you down, I was expecting it to have more speed on the straights but you kept falling back from Elias in the M6 while he kept in the slip of the car ahead of him.
The issue with the Ford is that it has a weak acceleration out of low speed corners. And when it uses its strength (the top speed), the straight line is already almost over (hence it is flying at Nurb)
You would have finished in that position almost no matter what strat you chose so it was worth trying out an undercut IMO. Sadly when the only strength of your car is when it's in 6th gear it's not going to be great on most tracks 😂
I think so too. I was quite lucky enough others doing mistakes in front of me where I gained the positions because of it. That’s also true 🫠 However I would also say that the car would also benefit a bit on those tracks where there is almost no high speed corners and more traction relevant corners (such as Nürburgring GP)
@@mikailhizal_16 Mit dem Porsche, bin mit diesem am vertrautesten. Und ich hab wenig Probleme mit power oversteer. Ich spiele mit Controller, wüsste nicht ob ich am Lenkrad schneller, irgendwann vielleicht mal.
