Calm down, show her some support (if you want to, if you don't, just shut up), stop with the jealousy, use that energy to fight for your dreams like she is doing

9:10 I can definitely relate to time management troubles even for my daily job which is software development. I often find myself pondering between two acceptable ways forward and end up spending too much time trying to decide which one is better for long term future. If both are acceptable, just pick one that looks better intuitively and continue with your life. You cannot calculate all the variables into the future accurately enough that you could truly make the absolutely perfect choice anyway.

I paused after the introduction to say something. The fact that you are already || this close to a Norm is already proof that you are improving and reaching new heights. I can't wait to watch the rest of the video to find out if today is the day or if we wait for another day (because everyone knows it's coming), but regardless of the outcome *at this time*, know that you already have all of the evidence and reassurance you need. she'll never be a grandmaster, even FM for her is nearly impossible let alone grandmaster. The amount of dedication required to hit those levels is immense, and she does not have the necessary time to become that good of a player, simply because she has other responsibilities. And also it's not just a matter of effort she's been stuck at her rating range for years. So it's simply not possible. @@sustainablelife3603

These move-by-move analyses are so helpful to me and I enjoy your commentary so much. I hope you continue to play (and win) these tournaments and provide your recaps so I continue to grow as a player and teacher. I am teaching my 8-year-old grandson to play chess and he joined the chess club at school. I taught him the London opening for white, so I asked him what he did if he played black because I hadn’t taught him a black opening yet and he said, “I just played the London because I didn’t know what else to do.” So I have a lot more work to do and your analytic description and mental processes is so helpful to me and to him too. Thanks a million for all you do for your fans. It’s a lot more helpful than you realize. BTW, I am teaching him the KID and PIRC for black. I think that will give him good opportunities to get to the middle game in solid positions. Ciao.

That was my thought as well (time management). From these recaps, she is matching wits with these higher rated players, and her instincts have been good. The time crunch in these last two games is what made the difference. (The clock can be a weapon, as we saw with Nepo at the last Candidates tournament, or Hikaru in most of his speed games. But that comes with more prep and experience.)

Bit late to her channel (2 weeks since I found it), so I'm watching old videos also but she's already mentioned a lot of times her issue with time management and some panicking in certain positions. Richterova was obviously better and you can tell just by the way she decided to advance her King. Moves like this one make the difference. Game was completely lost after Anna's castling. It's positive that she analyses the games with us and I'm quite sure a deeper analysis is due with her coaches later (I guess her mom and dad? I don't know as I'm fairly new here).

I saw you on Wirtual's channel, and watched a couple of your videos, and now I've been watching other chess channels and studying to start playing human opponents for fun online. As a child, I played chess and was disappointed that I wasn't better at it more easily, and didn't want to invest the patience to learn the game. Now, I like to relax by patiently learning casual things, so I'm glad I've discovered the online chess scene. Coming back to your channel after watching some others, I think yours is my favorite.
