I remember having that problem with nearside window in a 2006 cf daf,.Turned out to be caused by corrosion in plug for wire harness, located on the A pillar near to door hinges.
Tiny Tag is a perfect example of why I love DAF's. The manual units when they're pulling hard sound so good, reminds me of my dads old 105XF that sounded otherworldly when he was fully freighted. Also wonderful reversing skills in those tight farm yards! Hope you the XF, Tiny Tag, Ovlov and the rest of St Mary's have a wonderful 2024 and thank you for all your hard work and informative and entertaining videos this year :)
Hi Becky.😊. I really enjoyed this video. It was interesting watching you load the cattle at Oakham. I have never seen the underside of that railway bridge but l was going over it on Thursday 😂. I am a Train Driver based at New Street ( Birmingham) and Cambridge is a regular run for me. I love the sound of the exhaust on your truck, it reminded me of some of the big old Diesels we had on the railway years ago. Hi. Mid lift and rear lift , Rear lift is best because on lifting the the rear the vehicle/ chassis length is much shorter than a mid lift , as that keeps its vehicle/ chassis length , therefore making the rear lift better in tight, smaller places to manoeuvre.

You're driving the right truck! I know a lock of truckers hate DAF because of their problems. But i've always treated mine as a lady, and she always brought me home!! Nice maneuvering skills by the way! There are some male truckers who can learn something from it! Happy new year!
Great video Becky, love hearing the Turbo spooling up. You would have enjoyed the stuff I used to operate. The best sound and power I operated was with a V12 Detroit engine with a 13 speed manual shift, grossing 120,000 pounds. lots of power and lots of sound. I still miss that after all these years.
Nice video👍😂 I also open a window, next to the window I can see the mirrors, to see the mirrors I’m trying to use, to see behind me, to make sure I can see what’s happening behind me, in the mirrors I can see through the window next to the window I just opened, but I also need a wee, so maybe that’s why I can’t see straight? 😂 It never makes sense when I attempt it either, but I can hear better, and that’s probably why I keep doing it 😂

The Exhaust brakes usually make several air noises when breaking? Question mark as I’ve been in a artic and heard the sound. But it does sound like it’s an air assisted clutch? You’re pro Becks! I’m jealous I didn’t want to drive buses, coaches were ok. I wanted to do artic work. That truck sounds awesome. Could you play some longer vlogs where in traffic or pulling away at lights? That truck does sound really good.
Tiny has a nice sound, i has the older shape like tiny and now have the newer model like yours and the engine is so much quieter on the newer dafs, kinda miss the noisy old one at times 😂, you don't give yourself enough credit with your reversing skills 😊, you certainly put the graft in becky, hope you enjoyed Christmas and have a brilliant new year 😃

Becky, I don't know why you sometimes get nervous about reversing in. I always tell you that of course you can do it. I have every confidence in you. You're the best.(I'm not sure you can hear me though). I see you have been taking lessons from Tim about noisy exhausts!
Don’t look tiny to me. So can you play longer vlogs including motorway and rural roads & reversing. Also I’m going to say as someone asked on another vlog I reckon Becky is 23 to 25 & probably single since she is driving nearly every day and shower when home then crashes. I’d love to go ride along but don’t think I’d get myself in cab as I’m Disabled now. I can barely climb the stairs. But I love watching becks vlogs.
