I love that you give real updates. I see a lot of other RU-vid channels that give reviews one time and they don't give us an update 2 or 3 months later about the product or they do collaborations selling a product that doesn't really work. I appreciate the honesty. I am going to try the products you recommend and glad those things are working for you.
I have been using my HairMax laser comb 12 since July 2015. The big difference I've noticed is the new hair growth is curly. I started out with very fine light brown hair and the new hair is Curly. Now I can actually let it dry by itself and I have nice ringlets around the nape of my neck! I still have excessive hair loss, full hairs dropping out of the follicles but at least I do have the regrowth going on.
I've watched your videos since starting with the castor oil through this update video. I can see a marked difference in growth, both length and thickness and in the amount if body you have now. I also love your research and you explaining how this all works. Wonderful series and your hair is looking great!
Wow, I can definitely see a huge difference in your before and after pictures, great job. I just bought the hairmax cap and was having mixed feelings about it, but if I get these results after 3 months, I will be over the moon (very happy). I don't have hair loss, just my hair thinning probably due to aging/hormones. Fingers crossed this works for me. Great review!!
Hi Tina, Your videos trying out these things are so good and valuable! Just an idea - there is one famous hair loss “old wives tale” that is that Onion Juice applied to the scalp for a few months will reverse hair loss. No one has done a thorough RU-vid experiment (to the level of detail that your videos are at)...it could be an interesting challenge to show to the hair loss community that it either does or doesn’t help. The closest we have now is a RU-vidr who did it by the name of stephen but his videos lacked high details so many people still are unsure. There are millions out there who want to know about it so if you’re interested in the testing out this myth please look into it! Have a great day and subbed Thanks x
OMG the mewing is really helping! Can't wait to see your next video update on your mewing journey. I need the inspiration. I subbed bc I love your videos :))
Hello Tina, I hope this message finds you well. I'm 99% sure you are suffering from female pattern hair lose. This is caused by DHT sensitive hair follicles. It works in the same way that it effects men. I would see a doctor to see if you can take finasteride to keep DHT levels down.
Hey interesting, I did some reading on finasteride, the studies showed that it didn't have any effect on women, and the findings were inconclusive. Still worth asking though, now I'm just curious, though definitely need to do a lot more research.
Hi Tina just a frienly suggestion you might wanna wear sunglasses while using the lazercomb. The lazer light is not good for the eye. I wear sunglasses everytime i use my hairmax.
Nice review, I am looking into laser combs, but I am scared to buy a budget friendly one that won't work or an expensive one that also won't work hahah. The scalp mask looked interesting, but sadly it's discontinued. :(
I have it it does work my hair is short but very full my hair stopped growing in 2016 ive had so many problems but I started this about 6 months ago it really works
I think it is worth mentioning that if you’ve been mewing for the past 3 years, I can see a difference. Not a dramatic one, but its still a bonafide difference
Maybe try to dermarolling your scalp, it can help growing out the hair thicker and fuller. But if you try this please do a lot of research so you wont hurt yourself.
Penn Smith Skincare has a RU-vid channel & she's a Master Esthetician in Portland, Oregon, US. She's made several episodes on hair growth with easy to understand explanations including pro's & con's or specific information to help you decide if a treatment protocol is likely to address your concerns. There are various tools like the Dr Pen micro needle devices vs a derma-roller & another treatment of Red LED & Near Infrared light therapy. Her product reviews are very detailed & she points out the purpose of specific ingredients. Hope this helps you achieve your desired results.
I would love to try this but $400 is a lot at this point in my life. 😢 Thanks for the video review though! It looks promising. Are you still using this?
Did you consider trying dermarolling your scalp? It's quiet effective (especially when combining it with monoxidil) against hair loss I think I'm gonna try it... I have very little hair like I can see my scalp when I comb my hair, it has always been like that so idk if it will work. I reduced my hair loss A LOT with castor oil, it took me like 6-7months or so to notice less shedding when other needed a few months 😭 hope it will work
@@robinleaf I'm not the person you asked, but I'd like to share. I gave done derma rolling once a week, sometimes forgetting, and I see results- new hairs, not much but something. 2 months. I have ordered hairmax, arriving tomorrow. I will do rolling on days off.
Did your hair grow in length, I'm thinking it did and maybe you had a haircut? Would love to know since I bought the cap more for growing my hair longer, thanks.
Been using this same hairmax laser comb thing 3 times a week for 8 months my hair hasnt improved at all. This thing is a scam wish i never spent 300 on it
@@penultimania4295 na the lazer device just doesnt work i have a receding hairline my whole back hair is full the crown is full and my hair still has thin strands around where its receding yet my hair got worse over the years and im only 25 i lost my hair at 21 when i started using this herb called kratom never knew but the herb causes massive hairloss it’s unfortunate and very depressing
Hey Tina! Idk why I'm not subscribed yet since I have seen so many of your videos already! (Dw, just hit that subscribed button). My hair is thinning horribly due to being anemic + thyroid levels not being normal. I just got the Ultima 9 lasercomb today because of your video. WIll be getting it next week and hopefully, I'll see some results 🙏
@@idyll8803 So my hair thinning did improve a lot since then and I'm seeing a lot of baby hairs but I've also changed my diet, take biotins, put castor oil and other serums on my hair weekly so I really don't know how much the laser comb contributed to my improvement. I personally still use this every week to give myself a routine so I don't fall behind. It could be all placebo but at the very least I'm seeing improvement 😂
@@idyll8803 No worries! So I ended up cutting on the amount of sugar I ate, stopped eating rice every day, less red meat, and more white meat. The diet change wasn't for my hair but overall health 😊 Also forgot to mention this in my last comment but I also take collagen powders every day which felt the most effective out of all the things I did but it could be different for everyone.
lol at 1:12 where she shows June / September difference as a graphics designer I immediately spot that the hair has been blurred and smudged to look full. Fake. Walk along people nothing to see here.
It upsets me that you try all of these costly products wishing for your hairline to fill in, because it is purely genetic. Your hair isn't especially unhealthy, your hair doesn't look brittle and your scalp looks good. No oil or laser can create new hair follicles. If your body lacks nourishment, eat better. You can't treat this externally. I fear you encourage people with the same insecurities to spend money on these things, even if it's untentional. I don't think there are any unhealthy hair follicles to treat. Save your money.
@@nom_de_guerre_ I meant no harm. My main point is that her hairline won't fill in without a hair transplant. I am already having a bad and lonely day and this made it worse. You're probably right about me and I am sorry I exist, I wish I didn't.
