Thank you! I had been doing that for a while but wasn't sure how I liked it - then I realized basically every channel I enjoy has that kind of intro so I went back to it 😁🖤

Anybody ever test you for wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanut sensitivities?

I have a blood test booked for some of the more obvious things, so hopefully I'll have answers for those things soon! I've had sensitivities to peanuts in recent years so I completely cut them out of my diet. Fingers crossed it's just an allergy or some other kind of easy diet adjustment to make 🖤

@@holycrappitsjo it was a life changer for me. Good luck, you deserve some relief. My sensitivities are more with the chemicals used in storage and harvest than the grains, and cutting out the foods made me kinda pissy for a while, and i still really miss a good croissant, but life is better this way.

@@rubygallagher9289 oh interesting! I had a friend find out he was allergic to canola oil, which seems SO difficult to suss out, and he had to call a lot of places before eating somewhere, but he's living much more comfortably these days ❤️
