However, Quran 65:4 states a woman can be divorced without having a period, Now this is referring to Menopausal womem, women who do not have period, women who are pregnant, and women who have not reached their periods, and this is backed up by a Sahih hadith, so therefore it is not necessary at menarche, but it would almost always be after as you have to have sound judgment as the verse says. The Hadith has been graded as sahih because Aisha herself is the narrator of the Hadith. There are stronger evidences elsewhere that prove she was 19, so obviously this is a fabrication.

Most hadiths are fabricated, also known as satanic hadith. The hadith of Aisha marriage at 6 or 9 is absolutely lie.
