This is cuz they have the victim mentality. Their useless parents brought them up like that. If you’re a landlord you have to be super picky on who you rent too. It’s such a huge risk if you get losers in ur place.

@@Trivia.vanille - Have you gotten them out of your home? Check the internet for information on how to get them out. Restraining order may apply but not if they have their mail coming to that property. Check everything out to get these people out of your property.

@@homegown1234 Good Afternoon. January 22 is supposed to be their "final" day in that house but the wait time for a sheriff lockout is 4 MONTHS... I am at my wits END with this....... I just hope that they leave by January 22nd because the wait time just to have a sheriff lock them out is RIDICULOUS.

@@Trivia.vanille - If anything can you get a lawyer just in case there are problems that need legal action to be pursued. I only know that I cannot count on my family because they were "USERS" and won't let up despite saying "no" about a $900 dollar loan from my husband as if they deserve it. Part of my problem were my mother and sibling having high expectation from me and my husband at that time. Luckily, I am divorced which I believe was a problem separately from my family. I am glad I blocked phone numbers and the internet. That really helps a lot.

They were not legally evicted. No paperwork was filed. Owner said stop paying rent. They weren't squatting. They were just exploiting a dumb landlord.

I had a friend who was on JJ. I remembered the episode after he mentioned it. Any way, the producers told him "Deny Everything." He did and JJ chewed him out and that was that. They both got a check.

Especially someone who broke in and changed the locks. Why is Breaking and Entering ok if they change the locks and print up a fake lease? The only ones I feel a little sorry for are the renters who thought they were dealing with the real home owners, gave them security and last months...only to discover that they were scammed when the real homeowners get back from vacation. I helped with a few of these, but when I asked the scam victims "Didn't you think it strange that there were clothes in the closets and personal pictures everywhere?", they would say "Well, the (fake) home owner would just make up some excuse..." I know if I saw personal items in a place I'm moving into, I would double check the ownership.
