Crazy dog lady here. Spaying your indoor dog can also be for health reasons other than pregnancy! Just had someone I know nearly lose their dog due to pyometra, an infection of the uterus. Also reduces risk of certain cancers. And, you don’t have to deal with heat cycles which can be hard on the dog and owner!

It also struck me as odd when they walked into a house already under construction and said “we’re gonna change it all” … like, hwhat?

honestly it really bothers me how these people treat their animals (and anything really). like yes i understand taking them to a daycare every once in awhile if you are traveling but i take my dogs anywhere i go and if i cant i literally drive three hours to take them to stay with my mom because i dont trust anyone else. i could only imagine how protective i would be if i had children. family vloggers only further disgust me the more i watch

My sister used to work at petsmart as she trained to be a groomer. The owners literally have to give a photo or tell the groomers EXACTLY what they want. So then to crap on the groomer for doing what the want doesn’t make sense. 🤦‍♀️ they’re crapping on their own idea lmao

They lost the case of the HOA because the tore trees that where protected wet land in Florida. HOA gave them time to replant and they didn’t do it in a timely matter, so then HOA sued them and they had to replanted . The judges ruled with HOA and they didn’t replant, host sued against for legal fees and delayed. And soon after they left their home and had to replant the trees and pay fees to HOA

I'm not sure where this new built is at in Tampa but it's more then $5mil for the property. Especially since it looks like is lake front or it has a man made lake (retention pond)on the property. Houses in Tampa are crazy expensive right now. I live near Tampa in a town named Land O' Lakes. You can't find a house in this suburbs no less than $350k. Rent is like forget about it. A home of 5b/4b in my sub division just sold for $585k.

Honestly that house looks like an house mid construction that was abandoned or construction was halted for some reason. I think they drove by it and since it was still open (no doors yet) they went in and filmed it. I’ve walked through house under construction after workers have gone home just to see what it looks like and pretend they own it. Plus I would t buy a house right now everything is way over priced!!! Wait until Market falls.

When I bought my home in Georgia, we were basically told that the seller could back out any time before closing and we would lose the money we had put in. Now, if they really wanted the house they should’ve made sure they did what they were supposed to on time, but I think the seller can also just decide not to sell.

Mad how many worlds apart from normal people they are my “dream house” is a 4 bedroom with a bath and shower, garden & a kitchen big enough to not have my fridge and oven within half a metre of each other.

So what I think happened is they started looking at houses they found a builder with what they thought would be impressive. They called the builder and said we see that you have houses we like can you go show us a few of them or ask the realtor to reach out and show them houses being built. They then told the builder that they wanted to replicate the house and build the same floor plan they made some appointments if they really had appointments and walk-through with the building design team to see what they would want to change so they could start drawing up a contract for a new build. You would still look at all the design options you would get to go in the house look around decide watch you like watch you don’t like do you wanna move a wall whatever it is you want to do and then they start your house from the ground up based on the one you liked. Most builders only make you put $100-$300 deposit to do that if they even charge you and if they thought they were gonna make a bunch of money to lose 100 or $300 is nothing.

Josh I do financing in the states and work with builders. Lots of people are backing out of homes half finished. You can change it. The design centers here will have items they ordered from other buyers that backed out. The builder will keep their money. And they have to pay for the changes up front in full or at min. 25%.

The market is hot in Fl it is nothing to put contingents to closing on a new home. My friend house in Florida they replicated the model home the model home ended up being a winner in parade of homes or some thing like that and they have realtors knocking on their door daily asking them to sell because everybody has seen the model home in videos now but the whole neighborhood is sold out and the model already sold and they have had people offer them almost 50 over the higher end of the value. There is zero reason you can put anything in a contract you want in Florida and people will still jump on your house in less you’re just so far out away from things that it’s kind of specialty land like a dairy farm or things that only certain people would want to buy. And if these people are doing like most of these family bloggers are doing I have no idea who these people are they are not gonna afford a house in probably the areas of Florida they want to live where all the family bloggers like to be like Tampa Miami Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. I know people in those cities that bought their houses a couple years ago at like six and 700,002 to 4 years later their houses are worth 1.5 -$2 million now

there’s videos of them talking about HOA problems she had talked about how some of her neighbors had so many issues with them doing construction when they were remodeling that house also i think they cut some trees that they were not supposed to & bramty talked about this facebook group of her neighborhood were they used to talk crap about them . she said they were just jealous of them cause their house was looking good out of all the other houses .
