For the Miranda warning to apply, a person must meet two conditions: 1) being in custody and 2) under interrogation. For example, if you are “un-Mirandized” and cuffed at the police station, blurting out a confession while you aren’t being questioned is admissible evidence in court because while you were in custody, you were not being actively interrogated. While a resonable person in her situation would assume they are not free to leave... miranda wouldn't apply because that's not technically considered "interrogation." it falls more under spontanious utterance... while you always have the right to remain silent and not to incriminate yourself, but it's up to you to know you don't have to answer questions in non custodial situations

Um wow i just learned something new today.. I learned something new about Canadian money. I really had no idea that there was different colors. I kind of feel like an idiot that i didnt know that! And about the "toonies and loonies". I mean i knew about the canadian $1 coin, but i just didnt know the names.. the names are cute😄 Fun fact: if you stick any canadian money in the washing machine and dryer in my apartment building then it jams it up and my landlord makes you pay for someone to come un-jam it.
So there was a guy who was saying he worked at Disney but was a catfish and that was in 2001 and where she says that he was punching his child in the car wasn't that from the case of the father who repeatedly punched his daughter and killed her it all sounds off.
My daughter was right next to me too jumping on her poppas bed and then BOOM, she tumbled off the bed and tried to catch her fall and broke her arm right at the elbow 😢
My daughter fell off of her poppas cali king bed when she was 1, she wasnt super verbal, but she was crying so hard that i could not have just "given it a few days"

My daughter watches this family and it brings up a lot of conversation about how families aren’t really that way… and I’m looking forward to sharing this with her in an age appropriate manner to tell her that we will no longer watch that disgusting family. She wasn’t abused, she has an actual genetic condition that she needed all the treatments her mother got for her. Her mother and her committed fraud. She has faked a pregnancy before….yada yada yada, there’s more to Gyp Gyp than meets the eye.

I’m not a fan of Kyra and I love your videos but can we not shame/snark on postpartum bodies? Regardless she grew a baby and it’s normal for her belly to look different.
As of September 1, 2023 they changed format to Think Goodness and posted how it wouldn’t be MLM and how it would be single level. Something had to happen to precipitate that.
