After a 117-95 blowout loss in Game 1, the Dallas Mavericks bounced back with a 119-110 Game 2 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder to steal home-court advantage! The Mavs got a combined 58 points from Luka Doncic and P.J. Washington. Luka, who struggled in game 1, was able to establish a rhythm early with 16 points in the first quarter. But as impressive as Luka was, it was P.J. Washington who stole the show. Washington dropped 29 points on 7/11 shooting from 3-point land, which exposed a major flaw with Oklahoma City's defensive scheme.
