DID WE JUST BREAK IN? | Miles long NAZI tunnel complex | WW2 explored

A day of bunker hunting with Mitchell suddenly turns out very differently than expected when we manage to enter a MILES-long system of WW2 Nazi corridors. Very prohibited access, because this belongs to a museum that has been closed since the lockdown. Can we explore everything without getting caught?
Join us on this amazing, unforgettable adventure!

Could be weapons and equipment behind the bricked off areas, operation gladio keep stockpiles I'm case russian invades, could just be rubbish where they put all the old rubbish into a room ans brick it off, but if you research yoi will see there were bunkers within bunkers, in Gibraltar they had a bunker withing the other tunnels hidden in case the Germans invaded, it was to observe and maybe later sabotage @@EricBunkerHunter

It’s mad to think that they built all of that underneath the surface and it goes for miles!. How 1-did they not get lost?, 2-where did all the bricks come from?, 3-how long did that take to create?. Shocking and very much an eye opening experience!. You can just feel and imagine how scary it must have been at that time, but pure genius ingenuity right there! X
@another3997
@another3997 Месяц назад
1. They had maps and markings back then too, just like big complexes today. 2. A lot of places. In wartime everything is geared up to producecwar materials. 3. Don't know, it could have been created in stages, but chances are slave labour was utilised as with most other Nazi megastructures. Like in many other situations, such static structures were visually impressive, but far from practical. Opponents could go around or over them, and drop a few Tallboy bombs on them for good measure .

The orange brick is original. The whitewashed brick is the museum work, I would think.

They did this for the bats. The animals (protected in the Netherlands) can easily hang their legs on this when they go to sleep.

Do you have any idea what this place was originally used for?

It was a location that was used as a command post, ammunition storage, accommodation and latrine for 60 German troops.

Another tunnel it's amazing what the Nazis built I mostly think of the people who were forced to build it but the time it was done in mind baffling

In the Netherlands not much has been built under duress. Instead, Dutch people were put to work and paid handsomely by the Nazis.

Is it illegal to try and open these? Or dig out that sand?

Almost all bunkers in the Netherlands are located in a protected nature reserve and you are not allowed to go there anyway. So before you even pick up a shovel you are already punishable.

Are they open again? Because they closed for a while cause of lack of volunteers.
