Long story short....bt wen we bought our last home before this one we live in now...we thought we gta gud deal well....wrong! The nite we moved in n got all our stuff in....the plumbing in basement backed up where all the toilet water was flooding. The plumbing was nothing but problems The whole 12 years we live there due to a tree in the front yd We did get it fixed that matter the next day but we had nothing but problems due to that reason that as 1 of the reasons why we sold it and moved because we have planned on moving out of the state but it didn't happen And we ended up in the end of the house and we ended up But that's an example of how sometimes stuff don't work out the way you want it and you just gotta go with it and go with it and be happy. On a good note congratulations I would love to live in the country that's always been my dream and I'm hoping I will still get to that goal 1 day. Sorry to hear about Zoey girl I love your girl from the 1st time I seen her she reminds me so much of my girl I have A grindle red nose pitbull and she's getting up there and age I had 1 day comes I had my jack Russell mean to 2020I had him cremated his ashes are in my living room. Not sure if it was a belief or not but you guys could have got Zoey cremated and got her put in a little box to carry in your RV with you.

Thanks for the comment.. I think because we don't have State income tax is way we get so many people coming here.

I live in Tennessee and because of the influx of people from "other" states, yes California I'm talking about you, the cost of housing has doubled and tripled in some counties. My property taxes also doubled. I pray the invasion stops soon or the locals will be in financial ruins!!!

Your comments have been the same comments I’ve been making about western NC in the smokies. No slowing down In sight here! Still selling overnight for 4-5x above last sold and my taxes doubled also (I have to pay city AND county. My insurances (auto n home) use to go up every 2 year for statewide increases. Then went to once a year. Now twice a year. Very 6 mo my autos go up. Yearly my home goes up and I’m underinsured as it is. Im searching for other areas . Maybe Iowa or some place that is where it’s not for tourists and retirees. I’ll cash out in this and they can have it! They are coming here n ruin it like florida and California , then they will go to the next place.

well the easements are only listed as that the utilities have an easement for regular use but they usually only run on the property line. It was never recored were they put the sewer or water on the property

Susie was my selling agent. It was the listing agent, a different company and person altogether that did not disclose what they were told by the neighbors.

Congradulations on your new property! I enjoyed it very much....however, the part about having to move Zoey must of been tough😢

We looked for 8 months for land, we live in a very nice area where we have a lake and mountains all around. Small town with low crime so getting land here is hard with hundreds of new out of state people moving to the county each month.
