"Because all that would happen if I won is... he doesn't... wait... wait... wait... yeah... right? Yeah... no yeah no n- yeah.. no yeah yeah.. yea- no ye- ye- all that happens if I win is he doesn't move forward and I don't move backward... wait... what? Dude I'm confused... umm... wait... uhh... uh.. oh man my brain has gone through everything right now. So nonono but you see like the outcome was the exact same for me with a tie as it was for me winning, where as a tie for him is the same outcome as him losing, that mini game is actually rigged toward the person being challenged. I think I'm challenged in ways after me trying to formulate thoughts into words right there." Poofesure - 2024 Insane quote!!! Timestamp - 18:00 or something like that
I love how poofs brain completely malfunctions towards the end, almost as if he is in shock at actually getting good rolls that don’t land on the saucer space
Poof. For the mini game at 8:00 it’s about using the d pad and holding down the direction of where you want to go. Quickly cutting corners and pressing more than 1 d pad direction at once. All while mashing 2 at the same time. You don’t just press a d pad button to turn. You continuously hold down directions to steer relative to the screen and direction
I haven't played Wii party since like 2014 and I bought a Wii a few months ago. I finally learned how to play the figure-8 minigame. I was just stupid and wasn't able to comprehend it
6:00 So its actually not a theory, me and my girlfriend got stuck on that 4 wall for 11 turns (we counted after the 4th missed turn). It was beginner difficulty too.
@@Chicky_Lumpsno it’s 1/6 times 1/6 times 1/6 times 2/3 which is 1/324 or .308%. Although these statistics are sort of misleading since technically every roll is really rare
@@lwade225 no it is very impressive as it seems. For example if I got a roll of 3 just once, while there's a 1/6 probability of getting that (like any other roll), there is a 2/3 chance of getting a roll of that OR BETTER
Wii Party is a gold mine for content. Even after several years, nothing ever changes; Poof being good at the games most of the time, but the game must *still* be rigged against him.
Back to Wii Party vibes I love it Poof. You really made my day even better when you play Wii Party and it gives everyone in this comment Wii Party vibes fr fr
Poof - for platinum medals you should try tennis Timing your Swing again. You don’t have to worry about backhand, hitting the top of the net, or any Elisa RNG. I think it’s the next easiest one.
Hey Poof? Im pretty sur the game doesnt explain it to the player, but if I remember correctly, but if you shake your wii remote, it makes you go faster in the Cosmic Capers minigame
If I somehow get the skills to make a mod for Wii Party I'm replacing the background of the mobius strip minigame to the instructions to play it correctly
Poof I have to say, I finally got to play wii party for the first time the other day. It’s so much fun and I have you to thank for showing me it exists. Thank you and keep up the good content. P.S. Cosmic Capers ain’t that bad XD
Poof spends 2 minutes trying to decipher whether a tie is advantageous or disadvantageous to them, that which I figured out in like 5-10 secs, good ol' Poof
For cosmic capers you may need to hold two D-Pad directions, the dpad button of where your character is facing and the dpad button of where you want to move. For example if you wanted to move right of your character you would hold forward and d-pad right.
