Hmmm I’m not sure yet, but I get the impression plaintiff put the fence up without much input from the defendants and is annoyed by their resistance after it was installed. It's not a question of "Is he ok with this?" Get a survey. Put the fence on your property. You don't ever need to ask him, "Are you ok with this?"

She contacted authorities and they told her that if his stuff remained on her property he would own that piece of her property. She had to hire a lawyer to fight it and she won. I got a new driveway put in. I had to ask my neighbor if I could because the line was in their yard. They were happy to allow me to. I got my driveway put in. Now when trash blows in their yard, I pick it up for them. They have a big yard/land. All she had to do was ask.😅
