I'm about to turn 33 and I've watched this woman since I was 11 years old. My parents were always working, so they'd drop me off and rush back to work. I'd get a snack and wiggle my little ass to my mom's room to watch 2 back to back episodes of Judge Judy in the afternoons right after school. She instilled healthy morals and basic guidelines to live by, which have really helped shape me into the woman I am today. I now own an automotive repair business and stay clear of unhealthy people (which Judge Judy so eloquently helped me identify in an instant). My now boyfriend has grown to love overhearing all the cases I still watch while I often get ready. He bursts out in laughter and often shoves his face over to see who she's yelling at LOL ... God, I love this woman!

I was raised the same way as JJ spoke about with morals, ethics, respect for others, by my momma, who was single and raised the same way, by her single mother. My momma worked in aerospace for over 14 years when I was a child, got her GED I think while I was in elementary or jr high, but she was well read, with beautiful handwriting and I learned to love books because of her. I open doors for, people, I say excuse me when I walk in front of people, I say Thank you,You're welcome. I'm no pushover but those things make a difference sometimes. Although my momma passed almost 5 years ago, what I miss the most is our talks on things going on in the world. She taught me to think critically and independently, and we didn't always agree on things but I was able to express my opinions.

I love judge Judy , she is so straight forward to talk she doesn’t take the rounds people wants to do in front of her.
