@@willy7968 Hi, I already tested that and a sound extractor or a good USB to AUX adapter has a noticeably higher quality than the controller, I never use the controller AUX haha.

One thing I don’t see many people talking about with the Edge, is the 3-4mm mechanical dead zone at the end of travel on the triggers, that can’t be dialled out in settings. I play GT7 a lot and it makes modulating near full throttle very tricky. It’s also there on setting 2 on the trigger. I’m considering making stops to bring the range of movement inside the adjustable range. It can be seen in the trigger adjustment screen and also in GT7, max throttle comes 3-4mm before the trigger hits its physical stop with it set to 100. Great and informative videos btw.

Hi, yes both Edge and Normal DS have a physical dead zone at the end of R2 and L2 and the max 100 would be reached before you fully push it to the end, there's a good reason for that after DS4, because over time, there were issues with reaching to max value and the new design helps to keep it work even if the last part doesn't work as day 1 after a while and there's less need for replacements, I'm trying to explain it simple, but yes using back limiter can remove that.

Hi Danial, great video, I was wondering if you can help me to get the best settings to use for the controller that will help me in fortnight competitive play, I mostly play Zero Build and was wondering what the best curves and input ranges might be. At the moment I play on quick for L3, Precise -2 for R3, 0-1 for L2 and 20 - 100 for R2. Are there any recommendations that you can give me? If so that would be appreciated!

If there's one thing ive never been able to do is get used to anything other then the default stick curve. Its not as bad as the mouse acceleration because mouse acceleration is unpredictable. But it definitely throws off my aim. I will definitely switch the usb cable thats plugged into the front of my ps5 to the back for better response time though. Thanks for that tip.

Correct, we got used to the default linear curve for many years! I mostly change only if I really know how it can help me, about the USB part, you can use a Type-C to Type-C cable and use the front port too if you like, that's as fast as back ports.

I am the same way but there is one that has really worked for me and stands above the rest is sensitivity with minus 5 that’s the best one I think or if you are quicker this my second option quick minus 3. Try them see if they work for you.

Precise with a -2 to 3 curve is the only one I use other than default atleast on Ragnarok with higher sens. Gives you higher sens to turn and such but also not as jerky

Hi, depending on the game, Bluetooth is as fast in some games like COD, but in a game like Rainbow six USB is faster, if you use Bluetooth, make sure there's no 2.4GHz Wi-Fi too close to you, otherwise USB can ensure a smooth delay with no change, also the front Type-C port is fast too, all you need is a Type-C to Type-C cable.

All ports except the Front Big port (Type-A) the Type-C port in front is also fast, you just need a Type-C to Type-C cable.

Hmm, not sure if that charger is safe, but most standard chargers with multiple outputs would use 5V when the controller is connected to them.

Hi, do you have HDMI Power link enabled on console? Go to system, HDMI, and check from there, that option will put PS5 into rest mode once you turn the TV off and drops the connection for the game

Hi, yes, using DSX from Steam and the latest Version 3 Beta has profiles included and adjustments when using USB cable, it costs around $10 I guess but gives you almost everything you need

Yes, there's an app called DSX that gives you more options than PS5, colorizing the touchpad was done by that, if you get the extension and install V3 beta, it gives you curve adjustments and Deadzone options just like PS5.

Hi, most phone fast chargers support multiple output, for example 5V 2A - 9V 2A - 12V 1.5A and they switch automatically, but what if they don't switch? That happened to many people in the past and is better to consider not doing it! A charger that is only 5V is the safest option

@@DanielZH I read online that the dualsense in general can adjust itself accordingly regardless of the Watts of a charger. The controller will still only receive the amount it is able to take in which is 5W.

that is correct, but the charger also must support lower voltage, if it's for example only 12V, then it could be problematic.

Hi, what do you mean by better? this controller could be the most useful for competitive and Online Games in my opinion, in single-player games it's good too but not necessary.

Why do you think the PS3 controller was better? I was a kid then and didn't have tools to test, but can't be sure if they're the best.

@@DanielZH ps3 thumpstick and smooth keybinding and the ps3 the first edition without vibration was strong, ps5 to big to have thumpstick above like xbox and ps4 better than 5
