We are back with another reimagined floorplan by RRC. Today we are back with a floorplan we haven't showcased a a while, by the name of the Sandpiper. On the model that we are showcasing this Tiny Home Tuesday there have been a few tweaks made, thus giving it the reimagined name. We decided to go with an all black exterior base color as well as black trim, accented with a southern yellow pine monoslope roof on the 8 ft. front porch. Something else you can't miss is the front door painted in Red Gumball, giving it a pop of color that we absolutely adore. The second you walk through the door, your eyes will catch on the black painted shiplap wall from floor to ceiling, giving the living room a strikingly cozy feel. A cool feature we added into this model is a full built in desk area, which is an incredible option for those who now work at home or simply need the work space.
Making our way further down the home we get to the main focus of the Sandpiper Reimagined, that is the half bath. The half bath is such a convenient aspect of this floorplan, that way if you have any guests over you're not having to share a personal bathroom and still get your own space. Now with access only from the bedroom is where the master bath is located and let me tell you, you are not missing out on any space in there. In this bathroom you are provided with a full tile, walk in shower equipped with a splash glass.
