Not really. Although what he's saying could be true, much of the would be "incriminating" things that he talks about is hearsay or assumptive. Ex: (Some person) told me... or "I saw them go in the room together"..(but he didn't actually witness what happened once those ppl went in the rooms) He also said that he never actually saw Puff hurting any women because Puff knew that he wouldn't stand by and let it happen.
