The woman from the Phillipines is now requesting money from his daughters, because he had promised to build her a house. She didn't even attend the funeral despite having visited him in the hospice before. So yes in certain cases money is the motivator for sure, and Diddy likely tried traveling to those places because he holds more power over them there
