The companies or individuals selling plots of land to build houses on in Ghana and Africa as a whole. They should build infrastructure like asphalt roads, piped water, and electricity before selling the land. You cannot rely on the government alone to provide these things.
I’m in the states . I’m so glad I’m building my house in Kumasi instead of Accra. It’s 90% complete. Four 2 bedroom apartment complexes . I’m coming down soon to visit.
Sometimes I keep asking my self we have a whole ministry of housing but their focus is always on Accra Tema and this are houses put up by individuals so what prevent the ministry to first took up measures to put some structures here for purchase by this property owners why should it be always Accra and Tema.
