@@silvergust I think they mean the majority not all. If you listen to early 90s and prior you can't find any one with those sounds. I know this isn't early 90s but the farther we go in music it starts to dilute in what music used to feel like. The temptations, Marvin gaye, Luther vandros, Aretha Franklin etc? You just ain't seen those qualities since and those artists before my time and I know deep down its true. Main stream music is trash these days. Imagine being 18 when earth, wind and fire was making hits in a club! The feel good happy vibe is a thing of the past

I don’t believe that it was true though, even though it sounded very convincing. As you said I also believe they had a friendly and professional relationship.

Her speaking voice is kind of the opposite of her singing voice. Her songs sound so fluid and sophisticated. Her London accent though actually nice is not that at all is the opposite .lol. Partly it's the stereotype of anything cockney must be kind of low class -- a bit common and rough o.o . Which idea still persists , even subconsciously it seams with in my mind . Quite jarring idea somehow o.o

Yes! Its funny how eminem uses the snippet to make the song seem sad, but when you listen to the full song by dido it's clearly supposed to be a happy song!

Her parents may be Irish but she is born and raised in England therefore she is culturally English, the way she grew up is English and the way she views the world will be much more similar to other English folk than to irish folk. You Irish love to try claim everyone who has a family member from Ireland. Its quite funny.
