Diede de Groot is the 2024 Laureus World Sportsperson of the Year with a Disability. The Award was presented to her by Laureus Academy Member Ruud Gullit and new Laureus Ambassador Garbiñe Muguruza at the Laureus World Sports Awards held at the Palacio de Cibeles in Madrid.
