Hey do you think a 3mm lift plate and 9mm piston would make a difference in my golf mk2 1.6td?? Stock pump only goes to 1,5bar. need mooore :) Do you know the stock numbers on my pump? what would you recommend? thanks!
Would it be feasible to control the maximum delivery screw with a stepper motor to give "on the road" adjustment? This should potentially avoid excessive smoke for daily driving with an easily available power increase for misbehaving. The range of adjustment would be preset to avoid under or over-fuelling. P.S. I am currently saving my pennies to buy one of your pumps for a '98 Mercedes C250 Turbodiesel
On the pump on the test rig with your modified ALDA setup, what was the part on the top right of the pump?, was that part not the original pump ALDA?, im trying to source a turbo pump and thought the part I described was the ALDA on turbo pumps.

Hello, I have a starting problem with my mercede mb100d 4 cylinders; after a few moments of a normal start, the STOP slider on the pump moves to the OFF position, leading to an immediate stop of the engine. The same observation is repeated even after the disconnection of the air pipe coming from the lock. thanks.....
