Me too prefer 10 am to 6 pm IF. 😀👍🏻. What i recognize is.... IF with low carb food helped me a lot to reduce my weight, that suites to my body well. Everybody is different... Still if you want faster result try IF with low carb diet. I am also taking multivitamin tablets.... Not every day mostly in every other.
