Since I am currently on a diet, I want to share with you a recipe for diet fish cutlets. I made them for the first time, but they turned out very tasty!
Ingredients:
Fish fillet (Tilapia) 1 kg 300 grams
1 onion
1 carrot
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
A small bunch of greens (parsley and cilantro)
Use spices to your liking
30 gr psyllium.
Make small burgers (moisten your hands with water, so the minced meat would not stick to your hands) and put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
You can also use a silicone mat.
Bake in the oven for 25-35 minutes, at 180-200 degrees.
It turned out very tasty, a little sweet, thanks to the onions and carrots. But most importantly, they are dietary.
