Diet Meals Business: Pinatalsik sa sariling Negosyo! Pano siya bumangon at nag succeed? 

Tama yong sinabi mo sir na pwede namang kainin lahat basta moderate lang. Everytime i do that effective sya kesa yong iniiwasan mong kumain ng mga nakagawian mong kainin. I used to skip meals before expecting na papayat ako but when i learned how to eat a smaller portion and not skipped meals, i saw the outcome. Pumayat ako.

I'm a DB customer since 2016! Effective in weight loss. No need na rin magisip kung saan at ano ang kakainin ko. 😊 Tried other diet meals na rin pero dito talaga ako bumabalik kasi masarap. 😊

Bacteria grows on cooked chicken, peeled boiled eggs, and marinated pork if not refrigerated within 2 hours. A well planned home based kitchen for business must have a smooth flow for food preparation, food storage, and refrigerator within reach, and fire sprinklers. And having a "chiller" at another level, with spiral staircases to get to is unsafe to carry heavy loads of prepared foods on a tight stairway, and in an event of fire. Good luck!
