いや、海外コメの方がどう考えても的確だろ。筋肉と脂肪では同じ重さでも体積が違うんだし長期的で健康的な体型維持には体重至上主義じゃ続かない。なんか喧嘩腰みたいになっちゃったけど、海外コメがダイエットには的確だから、体重じゃなくて筋肉量と体脂肪率を気にした方がいいと思う。このコメントの書き方だと海外コメを下げてるように聞こえたので

In Japan, there are lots of girls being already “skinny but healthy” and most of them are brainwashed to get skinnier by losing their muscles. We might see lots of old ladies who are not able to walk by themselves in the future.. it’s not about beauty standards anymore. I’m so sad that most of Japanese comments are giving applause for her. Literally so sad.

なんか外国の方々のコメントを読んで国によって美の基準は異なるんだなと勉強になった 人によっても国によっても痩せてる痩せてないの基準はどうしても変わるものだし外国の方々が仰っているように痩せてることだけが全てではないしそれは健康的なことではないという意見もわかる。私たち日本人は周りと比べてしまいがちだから自分は太ってるから痩せなきゃいけないという気持ちになるんだろうな、、 それでも私は自分がなりたい体型を目指すことが精神的にも健康的でいられると思うからやりすぎは厳禁だけれどそれでいいとは思うなあ、、、周りと比べすぎない、自分は自分という思考は見習いたい

@@yukimi_dayo_ 痩せていることが悪いと言っているのではありません。痩せすぎは貧血などの問題につながりますが、失礼にあたらず、「痩せすぎはよくない」ということですね。美の基準は人それぞれですが、その基準が私に問題をもたらすのであれば、それは価値がないことだと思います。

님들아 살 뺄꺼면 식단도 중요하지만 보조제 꼬옥 챙겨 먹으삼 개인적으로 효과 본 보조제 활력포션모로실임, 내장지방 쏙쏙 잘 빼줘서 그런지 변도 잘...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 덕에 정체기 탈출하고 지금은 코크보틀 복용하면서 체중 유지 중임

ダイエットを決め込んだ瞬間に満面の笑みで「ケーキ買ってきた!」ってくる父、ダイエット中だから…って断ると「じゃあもう一生食うな!」と理不尽にキレた上、私が少しでも何か食べるのを見ると(減量メニューでも)、「あーあー太るぞ〜」「うわぁ」と煽るので拒食になりそうです( ´ཫ` ) ひとり暮らししたい

I think it's important to remember that people lose weight in different areas of their body too. When I was at my lowest weight 38kg/158cm (btw I don't recommend this weight, I was sick and this was years ago) my thighs were around 45-46cm. Her diet looks healthy and 46kg at her height for an Asian woman isn't uncommon, sure it's skinny but it's not unhealthy.

@@yumiko2985 because of height to weight ratio. Being Asian doesn’t make you more or less healthy, just less prone to obesity. The fact that we see 46kg as an acceptable weight is just insane! Look for BMI calculations and you’ll se that her BMI is around 17.3 (based on the assumption that she is 23) and a healthy weight should be between 18.5 and 25 which means she is quite underweight

As someone who had anorexia, this video is so toxic. If you want to treat your body like this, no one can stop you, but at least have the compassion not to share it online. This is pro ana stuff. To anyone reading this: a life of restricting calories, constantly weighing yourself, following strict rules and obsessing over how you look brings nothing but unhappiness. This can be seen as mean spirited but truly that isn’t my intention. I don’t understand why this girl should refrain from uploading her personal journey because of your triggers? Those are yours to deal with aren’t they. She clearly isn’t starving herself, she’s eating healthy food, exercising and hydrating, the comments make her seem like a martyr meanwhile she’s eating a chocolate bar. I perfectly understand that people that suffer from Ed’s might need a checkpoint like your comment to lend them strength but saying that this young girl should monitor her posting according to you and calling her content pro ana seems a bit much.

コメントみてると、日本人は「私もこの方法で痩せたい!」とか「私もこの体型がいい!」って言うけれど、外国人からは「貴方は若いからたくさん食べて」とか「そんな生活してたら不健康になるよ」って言うコメントがあるね🤔。 私は外国人達のコメントを見る前は「この人みたいに細くなりたい」「30キロ代いきたい」って思ってたけど、外国人達のコメント見たら、たしかに不健康になるかもしれないと思いました。私はダイエットは続けますが、標準体重より少し重いぐらいの体重を目指したいと思います。やっぱり健康で元気に暮らせる事が一番ですね!😌

最初の太ももを測るところ、beforeは少し上で測って、afterは少し下で測ってるように見える。 それだけでこの動画の効果がないとは思わないけど、変な小細工は余計かな。

Girl try have a regular workout instead of dieting, I’m 167cm and 55kg. For me dieting decrease my weight (i was once 46kg too) but if I stop doing it I eventually bounced back to my weight lol. But if I do exercise and eat normally, I can maintain my weight around 50 kg. But idk every people might different.

For any young girls or women reading this: please understand that our muscles are neccesary throughout our life. You may want to be skinny now but once you get older if you don't train and take care of your muscles, you will have mobility issues. Please eat healthy.

周りに大食いと言われるくらい好きなものを好きな時間に食べてもすぐ体重が減るので気にしてませんでしたが、20歳を越えたら体質が変化したのか普通に太って1ヶ月かからず20キロ増えてしまい途方にくれてました… これをみてやる気は出たものの体はポテチを求めて今誘惑に負けています笑

BMI is not the only way to measure whether if you're healthy or not, tho it does mean something. In my case, I am Asian, my weight is 44kg, my BMI is 17.5 however, my body fat ratio is 35%. I had so much fat and very little muscle mass even tho I am underweight, I was fat! That's why I was dieting by consuming more protein, vegetables and not eating any unhealthy food. Diet is not just about eating less but also eating the right thing.

Exactly! There are a lot of Western people in the comments who argue that anyone who is under a BMI 19 is underweight. Asian people genetically hold more body fat at the same weight than white people. The "healthy BMI ranges from 18.5 to 25" only goes for white people. For Asian people, their body composition is vastly different and I'm quite sick of Western people coming here and spreading their nonsense.

@@flameepidemic4839 I get “allergic” to sugar when I consume it. My skin breaks up next day. It happened to me recently after I went zero sugar for 3 weeks and then had to break it at a special event by eating chocolates and ice cream. I got red inflamed skin with pimple on my cheeks next day. If this isn’t a sign, then I don’t know what is.

多様性社会だから、細かろうが太かろうが構やしないけど、海外勢のコメントの通り、ダイエットではなくただ単に筋肉量が落ちてるから体重が落ちていて、不健康だって言われてしまうんだと思う。 お願いだからタンパクと炭水化物をもっと質沢山とってほしい… 私は10kg痩せたけど、ちゃんと運動後にタンパク質を沢山とってるから、リバウンドも無しだし、代謝も上がりました。 考えすぎな部分もあるかもですが、私も主さんと似たようなダイエット、生活をして見事リバウンドした経験者なので、若い子が変な誤解をしないように願います。

I would personally consider her relatively skinny or maybe even very skinny to start with. I don’t wanna sound mean but she really didn’t need to diet at all. I know I sound harsh but it’s only gonna take a tow on her in the long run if she continues to lose weight that was never there in the first place.

제가 잘 알아들은게 맞는지 확실하진 않은데 대충 1.매일 체중을 재고 2.매일 2L 물 마시고( 컵에 마시는건 얼마나 마셨는지 알수 없으니 물통에 물을 넣어 마심 ) 3. 아침으로 요플레 한컵 &요플레 추천 ( 어짜피 한국에서 안팔아서 못먹으니 자세한 설명은 생략합니다) 4. 어플이던 뭐든 좋으니 매일 체중을 기록한다( 다이어트 의지를 다지기 위해) 5. 유툽에서 홈트 영상 같은거 찾아보기- 하체 다리 위주 뿐만 아니라 다양하게 20분 정도 한다고 합니다 6. 점심 -양상추조금,양파 조금 ,연두부 ,계란후라이1개 ( 이렇게 조금 먹는데 안빠지면 그게 더이상할것 같아요...)저녁에 탄수화물 먹을 예정이여서 저렇게 식사 하셨다고 함 7. 간식 안먹는게 좋겠지만 어떻게든 먹고싶을때는 제로칼로리 초콜릿 드심( 자주 먹는 간식 소개하심 8. 5시에 저녁밥으로 초밥먹는데 계란국을 먼저 먹어서 덜 배고픈 상태에서 식사 ( 46 키로 되기 전까진 저녁에는 무탄수&저탄수 하셨다고 합니다 9. 반신욕 후 다리 마사지 10. 자기전에 물 많이 마시면 부종있고 다음날 중량 마니 나갈수 있으니 자기전에는 1컵 정도만 마시기 11. 벽에 다리 올려 L자 다리 해주기 12. 압박스타킹 입고 자기

2ヶ月前のコメントに失礼 お茶を飲むなら緑茶や生茶より、麦茶をオススメします カフェインが入っていると逆に水分が抜けていくので、水の代わりに飲むのなら麦茶が良いですよ〜 あと、ルイボスティーでも良さそう

the food seems to be balanced imo, and i'm just gonna go ahead and assume that she is working out. dieting isn't always inherently harmful. you have to maintain your weight depsite being healthy because can defintely gain weight while being healthy. she needs to gain weight though, she has a bmi of 17 and needs to at least be bmi 18 to be considered at a healthy weight.

women start to lose their muscle mass in their 30s, but to drastically reduce muscle mass (not fat!!) in your 20s is just crazy... the body will always eat away your protein first then fat. you want to grow muscle to maintain mobility in your older years. i weigh about 140lbs but am muscular since I do weights combined with Keto-IF. I still have fat but that's cuz I have a stressful job working in IT... hoping to change this slowly!!

If you look at her weightloss diary 1:57 (especially towards later days) she has been losing about an average of 0.4 kg a day translating to about 1lb lost per day. this is far from "healthy" weightloss as you are expected to only lose 1-2 lb per week on a healthy weightloss diet. This might be her bodily needs with of calories BUT let's not forget she is exercising and actively working (ie burning calories using her brain) which means that her muscles and organs will be deprived of essential nutrients if caloric intake was not increased gradually.

The pace at which you lose weight is usually genetic as it has to do with metabolism and also exercise though if you're losing 1kg unintentionally every night then I think you might need to ask a medical professional. Side note: weight loss can be very rapid if your starting weight is really high in which case you can lose about 1kg every 3 days but diets that involve being in a very low calorie deficit (often ending up in losing rapid amount of weight in a short amount of time with an average starting weight will likely result in a "yo-yo" effect as you will gain the weight back quickly.

@@HariSharanya45 Eat like you usually do. Just exercise. Go on a 30 minute walk everyday. You don't even need to run. I also used to do exercises in bed (there's a lot on youtube) both before sleeping and after waking up.

1. Check your weight everyday ( i personally dont recommend this) 2. Drink 2L of water a day (if possible) 3. Eat protein. 4. Record your progress in a journal. 5. Exercise 6.
