The flexibility in a diet is very important. Actually, loosing weight is easy but maintaining my diet for a long time or may be for my whole life is always super difficult for me. But when I think I am not totally restricted for my food choices and I can have some flexibility in my diet it makes me mentally more prepared and willing to start and maintain a healthier diet.
