What a wonderful ride! I am so grateful for your clear, precise and also fun explanation of such a dense book! It was really helpful for me to better understand it while I studied along. I particularly enjoy the graphics you use (and even more particularly, the Spongebob ones, though the artistic landscapes are also beautiful). So many concepts seemed obtuse and confusing when I was reading, but once you put them in the form of a diagram it made things suddenly click in my head. It's fascinating that philosophical concepts can be clearer as a graphic or visual flow than when they are presented just via text. Keep on the great work! As a suggestion for shorter form videos, I think it could be cool to have a "Deleuzian glossary" as a playlist. Just picking one concept at a time and making a shorter video for it. With time, the videos might build on each other, because it's seldom the case that the concepts make sense by themselves in a vacuum.

Thank you so much Daniel! I really appreciate it. Yes I think Deleuze himself was a pretty visual thinker, you can feel it in the way he progresses in his reflections (and also in the concept of color as a type of duration). The visual would seem to alternate with the purely logical, as visuality or space relates more to receptivity whereas logic relates more to a kind of activity, the act of thinking (the forced movement that Deleuze sometimes refers to). And thanks also for the suggestion. A glossary is a pretty neat idea, I'll try to integrate this aspect with the other things I have in mind!

Been here since some time part way through the Logic of Sense videos and the frequency of the D & R posts have been a really unexpected treat... (Though perhaps they were generated at a similar speed and only seemed quicker to me). Thank you so much for your illuminating videos, so cogent and deep, in a world with so much noise the quality of this channel really has so very quickly stood out for me, and pushed me a little further than I expected to go... so truly looking forward to seeing what happens next. Hey thanks a lot, I really appreciate it! Usually I try to publish one video a month at least, but since I have to change formats now due to relocation I'll take that as an opportunity to try new stuff, perhaps like discussing specific quotes, or lighter content like fun facts/topical discussions, with the ideal of being able to post once a week or every couple of weeks. Shorter formats feel like a completely different thing to do, compared to longer ones. But again thank you for your comment and for following this channel, I'm really glad it's been useful in your own journey!

Thank you, this has been an inspiring journey. In a comment under the previous episode you mentioned a possibility of covering NAP - if by that you mean Nietzsche and Philosophy, then I'm all for it. I'm very fond of this book (that's the one that got me interested in philosophy) and would love to revisit it with you and this community sometime.

Thank you for watching! Yes I meant "Nietzsche and Philosophy". I agree, it's one of my own favorite books by Deleuze as well, a real monument of clarity. It's definitely on my radar. I'll probably make a few short videos about concepts and other similar stuff, and we'll see what people feel like studying next!

First to comment !! I like your work .. went through your videos of D&R several times each ... it really helps to consolidate my own readings of Difference. As I go along with my journey through Deleuzian oeuvre I keep discovering new layers of his thought again and again . Thank you, I appreciate it! There's a lot of content on these two books, so I might work on them in the future but these days I'm trying to work on more topical things, themes that were central to Deleuze if that makes sense.
