From a chemistry perspective 1% increase from 98.99% to 99.99% is a world of difference. If the difference was say 99.9% to 99.99% then it wouldn't matter as much.
@@earlcoles5215 I assume difference in $ and their assumption creatine is creatine. Personally, I will pay a little extra for a source with a long track record of purity.
@@willbrink does 5 grams of creapure effect a 200 lbs man the same way it effects a 150 lb man ? I'm 200 lbs and only trying to get the most out of my creapure when taken in the near future
Getting back to working out, used your code and saved 30%, bought some monohydrate because that’s the one i’ve done the most research on, going to try creapure next time. You’ve got yourself a new subscriber.
For me, creapure was a game changer. I was allergic to that 1% of whatever else was in normal creatine. I broke out in rashes and hives, however I don’t have the issue with creapure
@@howardisaac Compre "Muscle Feast Creatine". Mi creatina no se disuelve muy bien y normalmente deja restos de creatina en la taza. Perdona mi espanol.
Great commercial Great information plan to be on the product soon doing my research my home work only choose the absolute best products for my training.
@@danielbarnes8694 I hear what your saying but day in day out when there's an option for one that doesn't taste like dog shit I'm ponying up and extra fiver.
Thanks for this, nice info 🤓 1 supplement I never got into but knew I should. I think it was because years ago I tried it and it made me lose my appetite each time and made me crazy thirsty. May try it again now with a company like this (that was some cheap stuff from Amazon I had )
Used monohydrate for a couple of months for thr first time but that unflavored powder that settled at the bottom of the water made me want to puke( had a weird after taste) still I finished the whole thing and I guess it's good and I had to drink a lot like a lot of water(3-5 litres). Just got flavored creapro and I am excited to try it out.
@@earlcoles5215 amazing, steady progress and took 3 grams everyday but start of October I got dengue and I couldn't workout for 3 weeks and now just started workouts again this week and started taking creatine again:)
Ugh I have no idea which one to take. The three that seem to be the best are monohydrate, hcl and creapure. There so many people saying different things and idk such one is the best. I just want the one that will be me the biggest lol. I’ve heard some people say that hcl increases more lean body mass than mono. But than I was also reading that hcl doesn’t have the same amount of water retention of mono.
USK-Glleboy you are over thinking it. Take the creapure and give it a month...if you notice bloating, then visit the other creatines. Best quality for price and effectiveness is creapure
NoFate247 ay thanks for the quick response. Yes I definitely do think I’m overthinking it I read to much and see what all these people say about the different forms. It all send to be contradicting and there is always different “scientific” comments bashing on different types of creatine.
@@NoFate247 Yesh, I also got the Impact Whey Protein Chocolate Smooth (5.5lb). Amazing deal. Paid $37 with free shipping! Only because of my Capital One Chrome Extension! Original price was $62.99 plus shipping. Saved me $32. I got a damn near 50% discount!
The real answer is this.... believe it's worth it and are willing to pay extra for the difference that 1% makes. Regular creatine typically contains impurities such as Dihydrotriazine (DHT). They're usually present in creatine when inferior raw materials are used in its production. Dihydrotriazine (DHT) doesn't occur naturally in the human body. Its pharmaceutical and toxicological properties are still unknown, but researchers discovered that it's structurally similar to compounds that have shown to have carcinogenic properties. This is another reason many creatine users decide to use Creapure. However, that said and even though you need to stay away from cheap Chinese products and go with German high quality products like creapure is a no-brainer... although keep questioning as 5grams a day is a lot over a lifetime, and if it is doing you harm, you need to know NOW!
I don't mind the blended creatines but do to cost and convenience I stick with the trade name Creatine Mono. Most of the research that's been documented is with the Monohydrate version.
Can someone explain why bulk supplements creatine is so different compared to creapur from muscle feast. And bulk supplements creatine gives me brain fog and moody.
Hey idk if u respond anymore but just wondering what you think about joe weider victory creapure, and htlt greg doucette creatine, are they good ? Which one is better ?
You said take 5g everyday but what if you only workout 3 times a week, should you just take 5g every time you’re working out? Same with protein powder too?

Hey sir, i just bought my first creatine which is creapure but i i am not sure if i chose right...all my friends have classic monohydrate and i can see that in my country classic monohydrate has more good reviews and stars and i don't know the reason? what is your opinion do you think creapure will help me the same?? Also is creapure scientifically studied and safe as the classic monohydrated and good in solubility in water??
I have a question since you said:"IT won't gum up in your mouth". Is this how it always is with all creatine products? I used creapure from myprotein and it felt like sand in my mouth but now i bought another brand and it gummed-up in my mouth like it's flour lol.
@@NoFate247 i did but it was already too late. Gummed up like a flour. And i have nothing to compare it to because i always used creapure from different brands
@@NoFate247 well I bought Creapure as it was the only monohydrate on the site but I was taking the normal creatine monohydrate before so was a bit worried about if there was a difference ect, so there basicly the same thing but the creapure is just the newer better vershion?
@@NoFate247 it says it dosnt have taste but it does, thats why i just ordered capsules and chewing tablets. the bad thing is u need to take at least 3 big capsules a day and also kind of expensive
I will be getting this creatine today... my previous creatine was eaten by cockroaches 😭😭😭😭😂 Well, it was a cheap brand I was using for over 2 months... I paid U$35 for it and according to the package I can get 261 servings...
Scelvin Afonso there isn't much of a difference between the two and there isn't much of a cost difference between the two. Can't talk about what isn't there
