Hi, I applied on 476 visa in Aug 2020 and now i applied 491 in May 2023. My 491 is in further assessment and 476 is in received. But in my 476 updated details the withdrawal option has gone which was showing when i was applying for 491. Why is this so? But withdrawal option is still present in 491.
Sir ye aap bataiye jo banda 491 pe gya aur 3 saal baad PR ke liye apply karta hai and jab PR mil jati hai to usse usi state me rahna rahta hai ya wo kahi aur bhi ja ke rah aur kaam kar sakta hai. Mera puchne ka matlab ye tha after 3year, wo independent ho jata hai ya nahi?

hi , after grant of 491 visa can we live any regional area of Australia. to live n work in sponsoring state is the requirement of nomination , on 491 visa only mention that we have to live n work in designated area... what's ur thoughts on it .... after grant can go other regional area except sponsoring state

ASA Sir my score becomes 65 If I select Visa category 190 otherwise if I select Visa category 189 then my score becomes 60, so in which category you'll suggest I must apply? Secondly If I go for VISA 190 then is there any earning requirement like I've to earn some amount for two years just like you told for VISA 491 the one needs to earn 53200 AUD for consecutive 3 years in the nominated state.
