Definitely learn the difference between edge jumps and toe jumps! That will help a ton.

Maybe your knees were locked out for too long. You should definitely try to skate again but make sure you keep a soft bend the whole time and drink lots of water to stay hydrated.

Lol I had to create my own entrance to a flip (cuz I'm weird like that, I spin to the right, and center spins that my coach thinks are gonna be disasters) basically I start from a back left outside edge, then I step forward on the right foot as if I was going into an Axel, then I three turn on that same foot and pick into the ice
