The Council of Men has recieved your message loud and clear. Permission to shut the bodycam off granted soldier. You've served with honor and integrity and we salute you. "Electrolytes".
@@Vennnnnnnnnn Me who asks every time: On the phone before I come At the start when I bring the car. At the end when the job is done. And most people ask at the end. No one with common sense starts a job without discussing the price.
@@mizzury54 lol yeah who gets their car worked on without getting a price in advance. imagine that surprise bill for 20k because you didnt get a quote at the start and be like oh just put a mechanics lean on my car i cant afford it lol people come up with some dumb scenarios on here "he didnt quote her she had to ask at the end bro"
This comment section shows all the hacks out there 😂 you think poppin a couple clips is worth $1000+ for less than an hour job at that you are officially the one who's lost their damn mind. He also didn't need thousands of dollars in tools and a box to do it either. What a shitty industry seriously.
@@agcphyrdup7656 another dumb dumb who knows nothing about cars... It's only a couple clips guys. This guy says so... Experience is what you're buying. Just because I do it quickly doesn't mean it costs you less. It means that I've worked very hard to gain the experience to do a repair quickly.
Matthew, these are the customers that are awesome. Hooked you up with a good beverage in the beginning and had everything ready for you. Totally different vibe!!
The way she shook her head when he said "$100" and asked "For all of that?" makes it sound like she probably sent him more than a hundred. She felt like it would be ripping him off. I've done the same thing a few times. Sometimes you get a quality worker who really doesn't know how much they're worth.
It's nice seeing you being an upstanding mechanic. Some of these people out here do the work poorly and then charge extreme prices. Basically taking advantage of people. Keep up the good work Matt!
@@flyonawall6521 i think she said that she referrred him to one of her friends at 7:59, so that plus the medical scrubs and matt replacing the entire support bracket for the first time helped with that price.
I guess it can be a tip from mechanic to mechanic but what i started doing since you have a cart, i also purchased folding tables, i stopped leaving tools on the egine or egine bay and i havent lost a tool yet
I always love how educational you are with your clients. I wish I had your services out where I live. Instead, having my car serviced is just sending it into a blackbox where it goes into a shop and then comes back out either fixed or with some laundry list of "issues" they want to tack on.
Im say this again and probably comment it on his other youtube videos. Out of all respect coming from the NOrth Carolina way. This the best mechanic i ever seen on youtube . I watch ever video he has. He talk me somethings by watching his videos. Im also in school for automotive industry. I salute Matthew. But heres the deal😂 in his words you make me more motivated to get my full degree. Thank you
$100! Dam we need a Parkers mobile mechanic out here in cali! Just paid $200 for a AC pressure sensor That took the guy 15 minutes to diagnose and install 🤦🏻 you are a good man Mr. Parker
I diagnosed and fixed my AC blower, resistor and the connector I had to wire in. I paid 200 for all the parts. I wonder how much the labor would have been if I hired someone to do it?
It’s so weird watching these videos and seeing so many people I know. I didn’t know he was in Tulsa until I saw a video where he was fixing a car for one of my high school friends. I’ll definitely be sending everyone I know your way when they need it!
ngl, dope what you do, BUT probably should hide clients plates & house numbers for their privacy and protection. but you’re one of the few honest mechanics out there 🙏🏽
dude my wife had just bought a nissian pathfinder brandnew and the fan stop working and dealer couldnt fix due to parts not created yet. i had to build the whole bracket and fan out of a different model . after 2 days of macgyvering ive got it to work and been working ever since. 100 for what you did was cheap. great job
I'm assuming he's sticking to a first quote, thinking the support brackets would be the easy top ones...turns out its a whole support system and he didn't want to change his price. I think customers sometimes have the parts waiting for him. So its labor. But even so that turned into a 300.00 easily.(for labor) ....lucky didn't have to remove condenser lines too.
good job, matt. i work for myself and know what a great feeling you get when the customer is surprised by getting an honest days work for an honest day's pay. kudos.
Great video ! Insane , that entire front end comes off so easy . Wow, crazy ! VERY Smart Man , Puts a Pop up shade up & a Fan Blowing !!! Makes all the Difference between misery & Comfort !!! Takes about 15 min. Worth its Weight in Gold !!!
That’s so dangerous moving that support like that with the battery still connected. Could have easily turned into a $2000.000 plus job. Air bags go 💥 boom
I respect that he didn't go crazy with the price, people keep saying they would of charged more but charging $100 plus the money he's getting off this video alone which is 100k views, he will make most likely triple what he would of got if he charged his regular price. Man the car dealership tried to charge me $400 just to replace my middle backlight so I could only imagine how much they would try to rip me off if I got this treatment.
I gotta think bc Matt is a good looking fella, tall and a mechanic, he’s had a call or two that he can’t/hasn’t posted the video for (unless he started an OF page 😂😂😂😂) What a life
Ain’t no way! All of that work for just one Franklin????? That was for the phone consultation, right?? Ole girl knew damn well what she was doing. She put those tights on, which hugged the ish out of those cakes which scrambled your brain’s math. She played you like a fiddle. There was no reason to switch into tights. Hell nah! 😂😂
I never remove the radiator lines i just unbolt the radiator and everything else and just slide the core support away just to save time. May not work on all models but if it's too hot or cold it could save you some suffering.
