Different Types of Forces With Examples

Today we’ll discuss everything about the force that we experience daily. So let’s get started.
Force is anything that causes an object to undergo unnatural motion. But Issac Newton defines it as “force is a push or pull acting upon an object.”
There are two main types of force.
Contact Force
Contact force acts upon an object, either directly or through a medium.
There are six main types of contact force:
Frictional Force- it is a force that makes an effort to move across the object, for example: Sliding against the snow.
Tension Force- a force that #transmits through a string pole attached to another end for example car towing
Normal Force- any force exerted upon an object that is directly in contact with another stable object, for example, an object, like a ball, resting on a surface.
Applied Force- a force applied to any object by a person for example: dragging the mouse
Air-resistance Force-a type of frictional force when an object travels through space for example: when an airplane flies through the air
Spring Force- force exerted by a spring upon any object attached to it for example #pendulum
Non-Contact Force
The non-contact #force #acts without making any contact with an object directly or acts through spaces.
There are three main types of non-contact force:
Gravitational Force- a force that attracts any two objects with mass, for example, the force holding all the planets in the solar system
Electric Force- force acting between any two charged objects for example charge in a bulb
Magnetic Force- a force acting between #electrically charged particles due to their motion, for example, a motor
