I didn't at first either, it makes the smoke more potent but you're also infusing ALOT more of the oil into the air. Not so bad in a well ventilated area, but as a closet hypochondriac I don't feel it's safe to do that ALL the time for lung health (says the person who still smokes cigarettes from time to time)
@@DeloraDabbles well I got mine at goodwill, had no idea how to use it, so I just gave it a go. I'm trying to find ways for a slight scent, some scent, and yep that's incense burning. it's the slight scent that's tricky because now I'm always adding water and I don't have the time or interest to babysit the darn thing.
Which one is cheaper and easier to get? I'm trying to cleanse my home with Frankincense but, I don't have any yet. I might go to a ritual shop to get some if I can't find it anywhere else
The resin will of course be more potent and the best route to take. The last part of the video I show u how I rigged a censure out of an old metal cup bc I was financially strapped at the time. There are censures u can buy that are only about $15 or so. Just make sure whatever u use as a censure is made of byrn safe material (no glass!). If u aren't committing to do the cleansings ALL the time, Incense sticks are a good option as long as they are higher quality. If u have to order the resin online, it's significantly less cost effective, but if u can get them from a local shop, u can save money
