Pelvic floor dyssynergia. Very common. More women have it than men, but men do have this. PT is the treatment. Both of these doctors missed that possibility which is much more common than neuro dysfunction, dehydration, tumor or diet problems. The patient said it’s right at the end of the colon. Pelvic floor dyssynergia explains this 100% where the pelvic floor doesn’t relax and allow the sigmoid colon to relax and straighten. Poor guy. Go see a pelvic floor PT specialist ASAP and good luck.

This might be inappropriate (I'm not trying to be crass) but I was wondering if there was a connection between hormones and 'pebble poop' (the 'crass' part is how sexual release might relate to hormones that might relate to this). I first started having 'pebble poop' in February of 2019 when I increased my aerobic exercise to 1hr a day (instead of 30 minutes every weekday). I think it returned to normal when I reduced my exercise back to normal but eventually came back again. I noticed it went away when I started masturbating at a frequency of once every 24-35 hours but whenever I've abstained for 36 hours or longer it's come back, in fact, I've had 'pebble poop' almost every single day for several months (I've also had some blood in my stool that I rarely have anymore or when I do it's a lot less than when I first had it in February of 2018. For reasons I don't want to get into I assume that it's either worms or hemorrhoids). The strange thing is, masturbating once every 24-35 hours seems to be bad for my physical health, even though it's probably overall better for my mood. I was wondering if stress hormones that masturbation / sex lower might be responsible and what you would recommend. I have no idea whether or not I should continue doing it once every 36-47 hours, which is what I've been doing lately - at this frequency I have pebble poop, I also have to strain and it takes a while, various other health problems at times, I seem desensitized to pleasurable stimuli, including sex, I have increased anxiety, I think my insomnia is worse, I have more confusion / it's harder to think clearly and stronger obsessive compulsive tendencies and I've even noticed that time seems to go by more quickly. At 24-35 hours I look very unhealthy, which I only mention because I assume that can be a good indicator of general health, I have additional weight gain, even when my diet was healthy, and my scars don't heal (although lately with 36-47 my scars have stopped healing and I still have some belly fat -as well as butt fat which I have regardless of diet and probably all frequencies, even though my diet is somewhat unhealthy, and I also look unhealthy), I can be more emotionally sensitive (to social situations) and more easily frustrated, there are times when I feel kind of depressive or down, it's harder to take cold showers (I'm more sensitive to cold and I don't know how I could do 24-35 hours in winter and take cold showers which are a must if I'm not sick) and if this matters I've noticed stronger hunger in the morning, there are some other things, but I'm also more sensitized to pleasurable stimuli and can think with more clarity, ideally I would prefer this frequency and I tried going back recently for 13 days but I'm afraid if I go past the 16 day mark (when dopamine levels stabilize) the recovery back to 36 or higher will be very difficult (the last time I had panic attacks for a couple months rooted in fear of insomnia that consumed my attention all day every day, from December to February and things didn't seem almost back to normal until April, if then).This last time I was doing 24-35 I still had pebble poop but I assumed that it might go away if I did it for longer. So what would you recommend? I don't want to make the wrong decision - I was planning on continuing with 36-47 but apparently pebble poop is a health problem that suggests 24-35 might be better. I think I also have more ear wax with 36 + hours abstinence. Again, I've always been really confused about how 24-35 could seem to be the best for my mood despite seeming to be so bad for my health but now even the higher frequencies seem bad for my health in addition to my mood. Edit - I try not to edit and this will be the last one but by 24-35 I mean if I masturbated from Sunday 10pm to 11pm the earliest I could do it again would be Monday at 11:01 pm to 12:01 am and the latest I could do it would be Tuesday from 9:59am to 10:59 am (it doesn't necessarily have to be an hour, I've never tried otherwise, but I want to ejaculate before the 36 mark or in the case of 36-47 no later than the 47 hour mark. I have a bad history with 47-48 and, even worse, 48-72 both in terms of mood and various health issues).

I've done boiled prunes and it works but you have to know your limits.. I can do up to 4 prunes but once I did 6 and had horrible stomach pain and gas
