I am an experience home builder, I have always seem footers poured with a form. This way you level the form and your footer comes out perfectly level. Using earth forms it is very difficult to get it leveled perfectly. I'm just about to begin my forever home build. I will be doing my footers with forms and going below the frost line. Does it freeze where your at?
in wisconsin it's a 4 ft frost line. bank pours are way more efficient just use a vibrater and a lazer to check your heights as u go. if u have to dig it 3 times as wide and set forms it gets crazy pricey. the lazer is the key.
@@troyminster838 in Cali we go a foot down 1ft by 1ft sometimes digging them with a jackhammer, I couldn’t imagine doing the four footers even tho i was raised in Wisco
This is infuriating! But am I shocked? It reminds me of the isimemen etute case from VA. He drove 45 minutes and beat a guy to death who had previously S’d his D dressed as a woman. and isimemen got acquitted. In this case it was the last applicable case for gay panic excuse before that became illegal in VA. Like 2 months before it would no longer be applicable. but the brutality with which he beat the guy to death was absolutely beyond comprehension. And to drive 45 minutes is absolute premeditated
The footing is too deep, The top of the footing should be at the top of the grade, You can put block into the ground if you think you're building a pool, but other than that the first block should be out of the grade
