Whew, really nice ending ! Playing in the North American TCG So will have to look up a few of those cards. Might have to use different color tamers now, myself, To get access to more types of option cards.
@@CardProtagonist I know which is crazy and I'm getting the ragna deck because he's my favorite digimon. Hopefully he will continue to get more support and fine tuning in the future
@@FabschOblivion669 It's confirmed staged. It's not much of a secret anymore. They never shuffle the deck, the video starts with their security and hands already drawn. You ever notice how not once in any video does a deck brick? It's staged my friend.
@@captingamer29 Nah, they've already answered this. They'll play a bunch of matches, and just edit/upload the most exciting one. So it's not quite staged, but neither is it an honest representation of the deck.

Adding Ragna into Chaosdramon is not a move I saw coming, but it makes so much sense. That's why I love these videos: I find such interesting tactics that aren't in competitive videos.
It kinda works since mugendramon can come out super easy and Chaosdramon is a 1 cost if evolving from mugendramon and with them both being black and red lvl6s ragnalord can come out easy
Holy crap that ending! Bee n waiting a while for Examon to be shown and this battle didn't disappoint one bit! The back and forth play was amazing and the tech at the end was an incredible thing to witness! Great job as always Cardprotaganist and Paddy!
Chaosdramon can only target one digimon for its de-digivolution effect. Only the number of de-digivolutions matters for each cyborg placed as a source ,not the digimon targets.
Examon have Machindramon on the ropes almost the entire game but Machinedramon managed to turn things around and came out on top with the help of Chaosdramon and Ragnalordmon. Great fight!
The best digimon channel, the editing and music is amazing, the game so smooth, explaining card effects is really cool and allows to understand how the deck plays
Dang, that last Ragna move hits hard. I kinda wish this game can turn Digital someday, you know, DIGImon card game. There's a tutorial app but I want an actual game.

Oh wow wow wow! I didn't expect the starter deck RagnaLoarmon at all!! That is one insane deck that I hope to build someday once these cards from the starter deck and EX-03 is released in English. Quite a nice combination too.
Was always tempted by Examon but this has solidified my choice to build it when it's available in my country. Also that Machinedramon play with Ragnalordmon is genius! One quick question though, what sleeves are you guys using? Looks like oversleeves on some official ones?
Ragnalordmon for the win I think 🤔 a red & black deck that uses a blue tamer & blue option cards that’s something I would never expect nicely done CP & paddy nice Examon deck that Royal Knight is huge to handle but you did a brilliant job 👍👍. Kind Regards AuraKnight

IMO, I think with upcoming support for machinedramon & cyborgs, it still has a chance to be top tier! But, I'm biased because machinedramon is my favorite Digimon from the dark masters! Thanks for the video! I'm super excited to upgrade my machine deck & add some Kaiser Nail option cards!
I was so torn! At first, I was rooting for Examon all the way. One of my favorite dragons in the game, and hoping to make a blue/green deck when they get released. Then I saw my main guy RagnaLoardmon, and I had to cheer for him! I mean seriously, you guys know your stuff here!
Not gonna lie, this felt like digimon- when I fell in love with the game. Amazing back and forth, that ebbs and flows... no bull crap hybrid nonsense, no stacking stuff under tamers for later. Just good ol fashioned fights. Loved it.
My god That was un expected and a great use of of a card out of starter deck 2. I knew to some kind of blue option card when I saw that tamer but the strategy wasn't obvious until it happened
A really great game. At first when kyoshiro was played, I thought, oh? A blue engine for the deck? Let's see where this goes. Seconds later I was oh! He's going to try to do the thing! And I was indeed right.
BT-11 also has Mugendramon support, but probably not enough to warrant CP making another video on it. He has enough with Bagra Army, Xros Heart, BlackWarGreymon X, Mastemon, Vemmon, Tyrannomon, UlfroceVeedramon, Gaogamon, and ofc the true Tier 0 Sukamon.
I really enjoy this decklist and I would like to try it out. Do you have the decklist posted anywhere else besides at the end of the video? Unfortunately I cannot read Japanese
The kaiser Nail was insane, such a sick tech to play out the machinedramon and stack even more sources at the end under the Ragna. Also where can I pick up some of those +2000 spindown counters?
Dang, that Examon deck really looked abusive, i'll really not want to go up against it, even more with me playing mostly fun decks, not meta stuff. Most of the match was one-sided with Examon negating almost all attempts at opening an offense, but that final play was OH SO GOOD, i really didn't see it coming, and by looking at the comments nobody else did either. Thank you for yet another exciting match!
Awesome upload thank you CP and Paddy Both! I had a question for you, how do you feel about the restriction of Dorugreymon in the X-antibody profile? The restriction of this card kills both the alphamon and DXdorugoramon decks which is very saddening. As an alphamon and x-antibody player in the west, i can't fathom why this change was made. How do you feel about it? do you think it should be reversed?
I totally feel you. In the english format, we have a good amount of D Reaper and Mastemon's decks that reduce security breaks and reduce lots of dps. If I didn't have a 2nd dorugreymon to place with Yuji... literally I wouldn't be able to play. The main problem is how much the security break +1 stacks in OTKs builds.
Its kinda sad! But it also means we are gonna get a new Dorugreymon, just like what happened to Saviorhackmon! Im hoping for a Kyoko Tamer for Alphamon!

Are the victors planned like at all?! Like it feels like you just shuffle the decks and turn in the camera which is incredible with how calm you both are under pressure

Hello! I have a question: Examon has a cost for the jogress evolution lv6 blue + lv6 green. However, he used a Groudramon lv 5 and a Windramon lv 5, so, in this case, can the end-of-turn effect overlap the cost of two level 6? Great game btw! Love your channel!

Awesome comeback - I do not care if it was scripted. I wish I could reproduce it with my own chaosdramon, but I doubt tamer and option would come to my hand at the right time
Also this set has way to many cool decks. 4 dragons is neat (not gonna build it tough). Very happy with the new chaosdramon in it for my Machinedramon deck. And that examon looks gooooood and tempting. Concidering him and the imperialdramon fighter are the secret rares tough...I'm gonna restrain myself from trying to build the deck until i see their pricings (Got burned RLLY hard when i tried making a grandracmon/dexmon deck with the last set when i didn't pull a deeathxmon)
I'm just curious. In the Japanese version, does Chaosdramon say for each source placed trigger Or is it printed correctly as only 1 Digimon for each card placed
The phrasing is correct. You target one digimon, then do De-digivolve multiple times in a row to that one digimon. So if during the process you hit something immune to de-digivolve, so it would not be possible to turn a typical lv5 into an egg and kill it, as the effect would stall at the lv3. The effect also can not be spread around, it all must be resolved on a single target, so that was an illegal move.
