I took a long look at decks at the digimonmeta.com site and found this particular theme. After building it and playtesting it, there are quite a few things that make this deck hilarious. Check out the power of Ragnaloardmon with the quirky elements of Sukamon and Etemon cards!

Ha ha! Appreciate it! This deck was interesting to study and play a little of even for the BT17 format! With EX7 giving something blocker end of turn is what makes it cracked!

Was very happy to see new video for Etemon/sukamon and after playing with them on and off with new set releases this is a great starting point to work on for other builds. I went for a more respawn deck to create something like the numemon deck whilst x was at 4. Two cards to massively consider for this strategy is the promo etemon (P-099) Which can let you play out any of your rookies/champions if your mega dies and a card that is not only great for this strategy but against a fair few decks currently in the meta is keenan crier from bt13 which will allow you to gain memory when a digimon is played by an effect during your opponents turn.

Man, the spice in this deck is nice. I love seeing other combos that aren't just repeated from the meta. I will need to build this now.

For big Timmy energy, consider running megagargo and cherubi aces instead of valkyri and you can run ultimatechaosmon or chaosmon. The partition can prevent overflow by playing out up to two aces from the stack and you can usually get the add 2 lvl 6 from trash effect because of all the trashing by etemon and sukamon effects. Regular chaosmon has more utility such as blocker and barrier and an end turns effect as well as easier requirement while ultimate has board clear and potentially piercing with security+3.

Sukamon was my first deck, so I'm happy to see him getting some love. My current build uses AzulongACE and I was curious about your thoughts on.

You definitely can go this route too! With Azulongmon ACE and Megagargomon ACE this also means you could top end with Chaosmon!

@@DIGI-PANDA Funny you mentioned that. I originally had Chaosmon in my deck for a bit. I think I tunnel visioned too much into DNAing him instead of just using him. I'll try it again, thanks 👍

Damnit. I've been working on something very similar to this list for a couple of weeks now and there really are no original thoughts are there? Only differences are that I'm not running the MagnaAngemon so I can run more of the yellow Etemon, and I have a slightly different rooky lineup (still including a couple of copies of each of the 2 colour Chuumon). Otherwise, yep, this is my list. XD

@@DIGI-PANDA That's why I was trying so hard to find it, Karen EX uses it and it sounded so familiar to me for some reason and I just couldn't place it. I always thought it was an anime OP but I guess I was wrong!

@@StarkMaximum close! It's a video game. Content creators can typically skate by on using audio from a video game. But the anime itself? That's typically a no no.
