aliagamila one of my favourite quotes from the movie. Along with these “Does this super information highway have a rest stop? I gotta go potty!” - Tentamon “Is TK on this ride?” “He’s not tall enough” - Patamon and Gabumon “It’s taking a bubble bath...” - Young Tai “I’m not you’re pet, I’m your friend. And friends are always there for each other” - Terriermon
I know right? When I heard an 8bit remix of this I thought it was some scary tune, then I found out this was the theme of one of the most popular kids franchise...
I am a huge fan of Pokemon and when I first heated of digimon I thought it was just a cheap Pokemon attempt. but when I was watching the show on the internet I was blown away by it!!! I was surprised with the good story, really intense fights, and WARGREYMON!!!!! its a shame the Pokemon anime isn't as good. Digimon is underrated.
"Change into digital champions to save the digital world." "Digivolve into champions, digivolve into ultimate." The old theme with that and still gives me goosebumps man.
shuvitupyours2011 are you quoting the first movie? I love that first act when you see their first interaction with a digimon. What always stumps me is why was Agumon huge? I never got an answer
Trolls below failing to incite anger by calling Digimon a Pokemon rip-off. Here's the truth; they're unrelated. Pokemon began, of course, as the game for the GameBoy. Digimon actually began as a virtual pet (like a Tamagotchi) by Bandai, who expanded it into the cards, anime and Digimon World game almost at the same time. The similar name is a coincidence, and is all the two franchises share in common.
MegaAstroFan18 what makes Digimon special is they’re not your pet and you’re not their master They are your partner and friend. You’re seen as equal and are there for each other.
This gives me vibes of the good ol days. Saturday morning watching fox kids with a bowl of frosted flakes watching the dark masters arc. I’m 31 and believe it or not I’ve been catching up on all the shows and stories. What a nostalgic vibes. The next generation of kids will never know this vibe and memories we 90s kid had
Same here, but minus the Frosted Flakes, since my parents were complete kill joys when it came to cereals or snacks. Seriously, the only cereals my parents ever bought, were Rice Krispies, Corn Flakes, and Special K. Saying all the "fun" cereals had too much sugar.
@@cacharadon7460 True, but that does make me question why early TV advertised junk food as fun, and healthy food as boring? Take Frosted Flakes for example. Every commercial is about Tony the Tiger befriending some random kid, whose always picked on by bullies. But give the kid a bowl of Frosted Flakes, and they immediately become a sports star. Thus giving the viewer the false advertisement of a sugar cereal making you a better athlete(which it doesn't)
TAI DAVIS YOELI SORA MATT IZZY MIMI JOE TK KARI CODY AND ONE EVIL HEARTLESS NEMESIS FOE FOR BETRAYING THE DIGIDESTIEND KIDS SIDE HIS NAME IS KEN THE DIGIMON EMPEROR
I just love this Soundtrack!! I took my son to see this film in 7/00.... he was 5 almost 6 and we Loved the film and music!! I've been reading y'all's comments and realized... y'all are probably his age... he will be 29 tomorrow!!! ( time passes by fast sigh....)❤️..... I remember in 8/00 he was about to start kindergarten and I met his teacher and saw his room. I was Amazed how they were going to teach you kiddos how to use a computer that young!!! But it's Great because it really does show how you guys really are the "Digital Champions of the Digital World!!!".... 😉.... sorry for the long post.... just missing my little boy I use to have who is now a grown up man.... Great Soundtrack!! Take care you kiddos!! 😉
Yu Gi Oh is alright, Digimon has something that Pokémon anime can’t make something good episode like this I mean sometimes they do, but they don’t it all just repeating something that I am not interested unless something epic. Except Pokémon game was fine Generation 1-5.
nintendo uses alot of royalty free sounds, so its not hard to find it in other media, especially with the gamecube, so in all likelihood its the same sound.
Wow the nostalgia. I'v rewatched some old Pokemon, and Yugio, but neglected the digital monsters, and listening to this song after so long feels so damn good!
Thank you Netflix! I just finished Season 1 today. I haven't watched some of those episodes in at least 15 years! The memories it brought back...nostalgia.
Its weird how Digimon was sooooooo much better of a show than Pokemon. The anime was the final outlet Philemon went into. Games then Card game then manga then Anime(you can swap the last 2 around). But Digimon was treated poorly cause it was a "Rip off" of pokemon. That's like saying Superman is a rip off of Batman cause they're both superheroes. Digimon will always be the better anime for me and this theme reminded me thank you !!!
+SSBfangamer that not right, when I comes to 2 things that are so much alike like Digimon and Pokemon. Its usually the one that comes out second gets the shaft.
Ah the 90s...an era where animals became weaponized cartoon creatures, Clinton was the coolest dude in any room because he was President, and hip-hop was considered the slickest form of poetry in the world.
Im more of a pokemon fan but i grew up with digimon too, i loved them both. it dosent matter which one is better or when they came out they both played big roles in our childhood and all that matters is they did what the could to entertain us
I was never much of a sports fan so when my family went a ballgame, I stayed with my aunt for the night. We went to a local grocery store and rented a video, because that used to be a thing you could do. The video I happen to pick at the picture of a brown haired boy and some orange dinosaur on the front of the case. I loved it so much. I was so happy when I later found it on tv and had been a fan since.
@@RebelOfRock Not as much as it can is what I mean. Aside from Eyesmon and downloading data from the internet for digivolution, it really hasn't done anything with how interconnected the world is that it hasn't done before.
Fr The last 2 seasons of Digimon are bullshit, one team is Kids who Turn INTO Digimon or something like that & another is with three like 16 or 17 year olds.
TheSmashMaster9000 2 years late but... I agree with you on Data squad being awesome. Frontier tho. I watched the first episode and was like “uh ok? This is dumb ummmm ... yeah I won’t binge this until I’m ready” that was a year ago.
Even after so many years, I still randomly say "Digimon. Digital Monsters. Digimon are the champions" at random times out of nowhere. I can't be the only one.
***** Tamers was the start of Digimon's downfall. I dubed the series Lamers... Had some fun episodes. Some cool parts. But for the most part a waste of potential. It didn't deliver in my opinion. And by the end i fealt like it was mostly a waste of time. There where a few times when i got my hopes up. But it didn't take long for my hope to be slapped in the face. I saw a trailer for the show that came after... I just planted my face in my hand and gave up on the series. But then came the news of Digimon Adventure TRI. And i got hope that the series can be resurected again! And maybe be good again. It was pure luck that i found it actually... I had given up on anything Digimon related at that point so i just found it as i was listening to the theme song on RU-vid while i was having a nostalgia trip.
THANK. YOU. Really dude you have no Idea how many years I been trying to explain this to people. Both are great, but to me Digimon takes the cake storyline wise. :D
I was watching digimon today and I was repeating the song over and over and stopped. so I got a big feeling to look this up and sing along to this!!!! :D
You say that as if it is fact lol. Really it’s opinion based. Some of us find the Japanese voices annoying, not everyone feels the same way on this subject.
Says only people like you bet you're not American speaks Japanese. 🙄 well here in America most speak English things were made so everyone can enjoy. Not everyone is the same but I bet if you grew up in America and this English version was all you knew you'd say the English version was better. As a person from America who knows only English the English version is better the Japanese one sucks.
@@sylo5725 the japanese version is quiet. in the english dub the characters never stop talking, they're always cracking dumb jokes or there are goofy ah sound effects because TV producers thought children couldn't pay attention if something wasn't constantly happening. I tried rewatching the english version because that's what I grew up with but the constant noise was headache inducing so I switched to the japanese version. they only speak when they have something worth saying, and if there's no need for sound effects then there aren't any.
