Though I’m well aware that you predominantly do truck boxes; I was wondering if you were planning a review of the DD SL600. I’ve been considering changing my current shallow mount with the DD and a box from you , for a while; however I need to objectively know if it Sounds as good as DD claims (Not SPL , SQ) . I have the 99 series i understand why they call it the beast the 95 has a 3.35 voice coil and the 99 has the 4 inch voice coil Feels like im riding around with the Devil 😂😂😂

I would trust mb over my opinion ive never had DD but id say certainly .. 4in coil.. great soft parts.. direct leads. The box volume will also dictate what it will handle as well.. but I'd say it's capable of that . Dd underates the subs.. they will handle more than rated for sure
Yes as long as it is clean power and not clipping the max wattage is 8k I've seen many 9500s running on m3 amps that put out over 3k in a daily setup. I have 3 9915s on 2 7.5ks strapped and I have 2 800 series 18s on 2 m3s that I pound on regularly
